I have had this company come out to clean pet stains from my new carpet and they took their time and were great. When I called for this cleaning, I stated I had two spots in two different rooms. One was coffee and the other balsamic vinegar. Instead of a spot cleaning, the guy cleaned both entire rooms leaving my carpets soaking wet and removed NONE of the stains. In fact they are worse and now my 1 yr old carpet is crunchy instead of beautifully soft and smooth before they arrived. I’m furious.

I am very pleased with how professional all the employees were and Kevin, the gentleman who cleaned my carpet, was very kind and friendly. He called me about 30 minutes before he finished ( just as I asked him to do) so I could drive back to check his work and pay him for his services.

I would certainly recommend Clean as a Whistle to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

The customer service and team at Clean as a Whistle are very good, and the gentlemen who performed the service at my house were great. Unfortunately, their process was not able to clean my grout as much as I had hoped. I believe they did the best they could. The only reason I am writing this review is to let others know that in some cases grout is too soiled to be cleaned as well as you would like because the cleaning and sealing process does cost a fair amount of money.

After 4 years of renters and guessing the only time a vacuum was used on that carpet was me getting ready for new renters - it was tired and I thought new carpet was the only option. Then I thought maybe a professional cleaning might help or convince me to buy new carpet and I’m so glad I did. Clean as a Whistle were there as quick as I needed them, they measured up before the job and told me exactly what it would cost, which was very reasonable so I set them to work. 2 hours later they left me with a vibrant, clean and stain free carpet that looks like new - I was delighted and so happy I called them. Thank you Clean as a Whistle - excellent job!

I called Robert in the office and explained that I needed a large room cleaned quick as my wife suffered a stroke and they would be delivering a hospital bed the next day. Robert was so kind and checked to see if he could get somebody to come out in the next hour. Robert got Eric to come out at 5PM!!! Eric was great and did an amazing job. We had discussed replacing the carpet, but Eric had it and our sofa's looking brand new. We have a long haired cat which I'm sure made it really tough. I will certainly use these guys again and highly recommend them.

Update: Their response to my review is factually inaccurate and they are attempting to discredit me in order to hide their terrible and dishonest service. I specifically told them not to clean their rug, and after they cleaned the rugs without my permission, I promptly filed a charge back.

Very dishonest company. We took rugs there to get an estimate for cleaning. We specifically told them NOT to clean them, however, they took it upon themselves to clean them and send me a bill for $3,000.

Clean as whistle took great care of my area rug after a large coffee spill. Everyone I encountered at their company was incredible nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They did a great job removing the stain and cleaning the rug. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their service.

Clean As A Whistle not only cleaned our carpets but also stretched them. What a difference it made! The two person crew was extremely professional, making sure we knew what they were doing, how long it would take, etc. They were very courteous in answering all of our questions and worked non stop to make sure everything was to our liking. We had an amazing experience several years ago where pet stains were able to be removed and saved our carpets.
This time in a different area, after many disclaimers, our technician seemed rushed to get to the next customer before the end of the job. He did a seemingly nice job until working in the last room where he began cutting corners, not bothering to move small items, and just working around them quickly. The result was adequate despite this cursory effort because the carpets were not badly soiled and the stretching was most important part and had been completed.
But when the same technician returned to clean the grout of our tile, his effort was completely unsatisfactory. Not only is it hard to see much difference after cleaning (traffic discoloration is sill readily apparent) but he allowed liquid to spill onto other surfaces (my hardwood floors) and cause discoloration which has required two visits by wood surface experts and 6-8 weeks to remedy. Such a hassle!!! For the very high price of the services at Clean As a Whistle, I expected much more professional outcomes when it came to hard surface cleaning. I will not ask for this kind of help again.

Clean as a Whistle goes the extra mile! My technician worked so hard on my sofa that I feel like it’s nearly new (and I recently had another company who didn’t make much of a dent in the soil). Thank you, Clean as a Whistle! You have a happy customer for life!

Clean As Whistle was recommended to us by Redfin Plumbing. We needed to have wax stripped from our kitchen floor.

The work that they did was better than exceptable, it was phenomenal! We will definitely be contacting Clean As Whistle if we ever need anything cleaned or restored. If you call anyone else you will probably be disappointed 😥!

Clean As A Whistle is very professional and very thorough, and they leave your rugs, drapes and furniture smelling and looking so fresh and clean! The employees are very polite on the phone and very polite in your home. I recommend them to friends all the time, and will always use them for my carpet, drapes, upholstery and rug cleaning! And they guarantee their work as well!

Amazing!! This is our 2nd time using Clean As A Whistle and we are just as happy this time around! They have excellent customer service, very easy to schedule an appointment and great communication with confirming. We had a couple of pet stains that were driving me crazy and they have come up. Our carpets look new! we had Johnny as our technician this time and he was very professional and friendly. I spoke with Robert every time I called and was amazing as well. I’ve used clean as a whistle to clean my carpets four times over the past five years. While they are pricey they have generally done a good job. I am selling my home and reached out to get my carpets cleaned for upcoming pics. I used the online form to request an appointment and Robert called me the next business day to set up a time and to provide a quote. The quote included a discount for being a repeat and recent customer. I chose to go with CAAW because a) they were considerably less than quotes received from other carpet cleaning companies b) they could meet my schedule requirements c) they appeared to value my business as a repeat customer d) they had done a good job previously.

The tech arrived on the scheduled date at the right time and reviewed my needs. However he quoted me a price that was almost $100 more than Rob had indicated on the phone. We called Rob to clarify - Rob said the tech price was correct and that it was the same price that I paid before (so much for the repeat customer discount). I asked him to honor the price he quoted by phone and he would not. So I cancelled the appointment and told him I would be writing a review.

Marc Anthony from Clean as a Whistle did an excellent job on my carpet. He worked very hard. He was very polite and friendly and respectful! I would recommend the company. They arrived a little early also

Great Service. Got horrible stain out. I highly recommend. Staff was very polite and efficient.

The phone sales representative quoted me a price of almost $400 for fully washing and drying the rug. When I took the rug to the shop, they told me the quoted amount was wrong. (How long have you all been in business? Lol.) The front desk person then quoted me over $500. Feeling deceived and frustrated, I was eventually told they would honor the original quoted price, as if they were doing me a favor.

Three weeks later, on my pick-up day, I was eager to see the results. Unfortunately, they couldn't remove the stains. I understand that some stains are tough to eliminate due to their nature and previous cleaning attempts, so I didn't expect miracles.

However, when I examined the rug, I realized they hadn't washed it as promised. The phone sales representative had assured me they would soak the entire rug with soap and rinse it thoroughly, like a washer-dryer process. Instead, it seemed they performed a basic $70 wash, similar to what someone would do at home. I could tell because there were still dirt stains on the back of the rug that would have disappeared if it had been properly soaked.

In summary, I had a poor customer experience, was overcharged for a service that should have cost $70, and didn't receive the deep clean I was promised. Don't expect miracles!

Seamless and comfortable experience from estimate to job completion. Pleasant, polite employees who were making the effort to do the job right. Highly recommended.

Been using them for years to clean my carpets, furniture etc. Just used them today to stretch my carpet as it has expanded over time; the technician was friendly, efficient, and did a great job.
