Service man gave me a time he would be at my house and arrives on time and treated my shrubs and bushes. l get compliments all the time about ny yard shrubs and bushes.

ChemLawn tech explained to me the advantages of the treatment he applied to my yard for long term growth. He was very courageous and respectful of my property.

Mr. Ken Miller has great customer service and is very knowledgeable. With that knowledge comes the pride he takes in his work. He I formed me of the services I was getting done today as well what to expect on the next visits. I know With Ken I'm in good hands.

Michael A doing today's treatment was excellent. I wasn't home but watched him remotely on the home cameras. He was very thorough, spraying all relevant surface areas of grass. Specialist in the past have not been as thorough. Good job Michael.

Avoid investing your funds with Trugreen. Instead, consider allocating that money to someone in need. Despite paying for a year's worth of service from August 2023 to August 2024, my experience has been consistently disappointing. During one visit, which I observed remotely through our security camera, the technician spent a mere five minutes on our 5000 sqft yard—an impossible timeframe for proper service. When I raised the issue with them, they refunded the fee for that visit and offered a complimentary service, assuring me that any future lapses would result in a full refund upon cancellation. However, recent encounters have been equally unsatisfactory. On April 18th, while I was present, a technician selectively treated only the most obvious areas of weed growth, neglecting significant portions of our yard. Moreover, the application of fertilizer was limited to a fraction of the back yard. Most importantly, I have not seen any improvements to our lawn although they started the treatment 8 months ago. Despite repeated calls to cancel the contract and request a refund, I've yet to receive a satisfactory response. Despite assurances from their manager, no supervisor has reached out as promised.

The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and did a thorough job, so very happy at this point.

Thomas arrived as scheduled. He treated my shrubs and plants for disease. He is very concerned about his customers plants. He is very knowledgeable of plant and tree diseases Thomas gives you advice on keeping your plants and grass healthy . He is a good worker and very friendly. He was concerned about my neighbor and her dogs. He did not want to spray my tree where they were standing in their yard. Thomas is a very good employee for True Green. My yard is indeed looking so much better since I started about 8 mos ago. The specialist I had today, Darmecus C. was great. Gave me a couple of tips to address dying grass were hurricane debris has remained for 4 weeks now. Professional and friendly!

The absolute worst communication and scheduling system I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. I have asked TruGreen to remove my name from any mailing, emails, text messages, etc., promotions forever. Never again will I even attempt to use their services.

Steven was very helpful. He walked the entire yard with me. I had a lot of questions regarding the yard and how it was damaged from the summer drought and winter freeze.He really educated me on what needed to be done. I signed annual service contract with TruGreen about 6 months. TruGreen has made big differences on my yards. Its technician Kenneth Miller made several helpful advices on how to keep grasses green and healthy. I am a happy customer now.

The service calls are quick and efficient. Today I had an opportunity to speak with the service provider. He was pleasant, professional, and clearly communicated the service I was being given. Getting the service summary immediately after each visit is a great added feature. I know exactly what I should/should not do in this partnership to get the best outcome. I am very satisfied so far with how things are being done.

Eloy Z applied my sulfur treatment and was quite pleasant. He saw me through he window trying to calm my barking dog and gave me a thumbs up sign, which I returned. He didn’t ring the doorbell which would have further energized my dog, and just went about his work.

My lawn is looking so much better since I started having it treated by TruGreen. The company has a great communications tool and I am always aware of when they are coming to provide a treatment and what that treatment is.
