Today’s experience with Bernadette was fantastic. She was personable, informative, and efficient. My interactions with the service manager (Blake) and with Deborah have also been great. There was a mixup earlier in my service plan with the back yard not being treated, but since that was resolved, I’ve been pleased with the service.

Brock did a thorough job of applying a fungal treatment. I talked with him through my Ring doorbell. Brock was polite, professional and provided information about what he was doing. Thank you for your excellent service.

My lawn and trees look so much better since using TruGreen, and they always notify me before service, which makes things smooth. The only downside is communication — it’s hard to reach your account manager directly, and customer service sometimes gives advice or prices without knowing your property. I had to make several calls just to get the right person for an aeration request. Great results, but access to your account manager would improve the experience.

Not sure what part of the "NO SOLICITING / SALESMEN" part of my sign - right next to the doorbell they rang - your door to door salesmen didn't understand on March 21st. If they can't read or respect a basic courtesy sign, then I have little confidence in their ability to execute upon a lawncare plan.

**Update - I've submitted the information as the response from owner asks and nothing - no call, no response - its a joke. You cant get to a local real person - I've also called the number and spoken to representatives 3 times and all say they will escalate, but no one has reached out.

My lawn was green and largely healthy. I water 3x week. Team came out and I pointed out some very minor areas that I wanted a recommendation to fix - they said we can spray some additional fertilizer. This resulted in turning my entire lawn brown. My grass was green and looked like the lawn next door prior to the treatment and they ruined it and I can't get anyone to come out and evaluate and fix it. The staff is not trained and doesn't know what to do

Signed up last weekend. First 2 services were scheduled back-to-back days this week. No one showed up yet I received service call notifications saying service was completed on both days. Thankfully I worked from home both days and knew no one showed up. Double-checked my cameras before calling and firing them.

Joel C is a great technician. He is friendly, knowledgeable and works hard to tackle the problem. He has helped my yard a lot.

Ken Miller has been servicing our lawn for a few months now and he has consistently shown up as a consummate lawn care professional. Each time he educates me on my lawn and the services he will be providing so we can be well informed. I’m pleased with not only the service that he provides but also the progress of our lawn.

Best tree service in Sugar Land. All trimmings are hauled away. Trees look good and retain their natural shape. Over the years, Simpson has removed or pruned just about every tree in my yard.

Two large trees needed trimming in my front yard. Simpsons Tree Service got the job done in about an hour and for a very reasonable price. They also cleaned up all the refuse. I highly recommend Simpsons Tree Service.

These folks know how to do business. They’re very efficient and extremely polite. They check with you after they are done and they leave the work area spotless.

The crew came when we were told they would come. The job, which was not easy, was done efficiently, the after the job cleanup was done perfectly.
What I didn't expect was the crew would also clean up the pile of branches and leaves that we had left at the property edge. They cleaned it up and didn't stick around for a thank you.

Great service - I highly recommend Simpson's Tree Service. Called for estimate on tree trimming and had estimate the same day. Work was performed about a week later. Showed up with large professional crew, performed the work very quickly and cleaned up everything afterwards. I was very impressed and will use them again when needed.
