I got a paper print out gift certificate for Christmas 2020 and because of the pandemic did not use. The certificate was for 400 dollars . Granted it did have a expiration date of 1/2021 and was told that they could not honor any part of that $400 dollars because it had expired. I will never use them a d will tell everyone I know about my service. Sad

I was with my maid right years ago and I went back to work because they did a great job and he still doing a great job. I couldn’t ask for better service than them.

Our home is a rental and vacant, so the following was very helpful!
The ladies left a personal note with information about the property and mentioning a light bulb that needed replacing as well as some dullness on the wood flooring they were unable to correct. Additionally, they GOT THOSE SHOWERS CLEAN! I tried on several occasions to do it and just couldn't get it right. THANK YOU!!

They did a decent job. But deep cleaning wasn’t “a deep cleaning” they didn’t thoroughly clean my appliances and they’re brand new so it’s not like it’s a lot of work! They didn’t wipe down my backsplash. Left tooth paste in the bathroom floor. Stains left on appliances, Seems like they cared very little for the stain on my stove. They have strict communications, so make sure u tell the owner what you want because they won’t take requests from you, they only do what the owner instructs them to do. Which I find is weird because you should be able to ask them
To clean what you want them to clean. That’s what upsets me. We asked them to wipe down base boards they said no. So tell me what they did at my house for 3 hours and not clean my bathroom and kitchen?

I was very happy with the cleaning service of husband and wife team Peter and Bosai. They were very professional and did an excellent job in cleaning a townhouse I was moving from. I would recommend this cleaning service and will consider keeping service going in my new home.
