I am so glad I found these guys! Had some post-renovation cleanup and knew it was going to be a big challenge. The person who came out to do the job was amazing! Will be calling them again as our home renovation is going to be a multi-phase process and will need serious cleaning help as each phase is completed.

Another company accepted my business request after Maid Right ignored more than 1 service request.
Now, (won't share their name) continues to badger with aggressive texts. Wish them well, but this isn't a professional business.

The crew was quick, efficient, and polite. They did an incredible job cleaning a house that was extremely challenging. They went above and beyond what I would expect, even helping me organize certain areas better. I would highly recommend this company.

It was my first using Maid Right and I was amazed at their service. Usually service like this does a “good enough” job but Maid Right did exactly what I asked and more. Quality work in a timely manner. Highly recommend them.

Five stars is not enough to describe the FANTASTIC job Kathy did. My mother's home was in dire need of cleaning and given the amount of work required, Kathy did an excellent job. The cleaning crew was great! They came in with their gear and went straight to work. House was amazing when they finished. My cleaning was a moveout job. It was cleaner than when I moved in 3 years previously.

The couple who clean my house are very timely, thorough and can be flexible if needed. I have been very happy to find a housekeeper(s) who consistently does a great job! Dom. and Kavonda are such a great couple, they always come with enthusiasm and smiles! I really enjoy having them come to work in my home!

My home was cleaned today by one of Maid Right's very professional and awesome teams! I've had my home cleaned many times and today was the first time my husband didn't find anything to complain about! This team was personable, professional, and VERY thorough! My husband does a 2 finger test! He didn't find dust nor dirt! I had to call Lenette and brag on my team! They are awesome!!!

My wife, Becky, and I have been using Maid Right since we moved into our house in mid 2015. Recently, Carmen was assigned to our home. She is fantastic! She is thorough and on point with her cleanings! We are so happy that she is assigned to our home! Our home is always in wonderful hands when she arrives for our monthly cleanings all the way up until she finishes! Not only do we recommend Maid Right for your home, but even more so, you MUST have Carmen!

I have had bi-weekly service with this company for several months now. Last week I was changed to the team of KaVonda and Dom. What a pleasure. This team is the greatest I have had with any company I have used and that has been four. They went above and beyond even my expectations, which are pretty high. My home was spotless. Every little detail: corners, window sills, counter tops...all spotless. They even made little roses on the toilet paper. What a nice touch. Hotel worthy. My normal time was between 8 and 9 on Friday mornings. They cannot make that time and I am ok. They are worth the wait. Wonderful couple.

I booked Maid Right to complete a deep cleaning of my rather small home. They blocked off 3 1/2 hours (which already does not seem like enough time for a full deep clean) and did not complete half of the house. Let me first say that the two women who showed up were very nice. They were talkative and pleasant to be around. However, that's where the positive remarks end. The kitchen was not finished and that's the room where one of the women started. The guest bathroom was not finished either. They sprayed a substance on the shower tiles early on, I assume to let it sit for a bit, and never wiped it off. It was a green/blue color and was still there after they left. They cleaned part of the toilet in the master bathroom and that was it. Did not touch the shower at all. My house is small to begin with and on top of that, I told them all they had to do in the bedrooms was vacuum and clean baseboards. I made it easier on them. They vacuumed, but didn't touch any baseboards anywhere in the house. Literally not one. I learned through our conversations that one had been an employee there for a month and the other was just on day 4 with Maid Right. Her first time ever cleaning houses. You would think if this is the case, they'd at least schedule more time since the maids lacked experience. They also asked me more than once if I had certain tools because they'd forgotten a few things. When they were down to their last 5 minutes, they remembered they hadn't mopped yet and rushed to complete the job. This was on a Friday and I called Maid Right on Monday to discuss the issues. The woman who answered the phone told me the 3 1/2 hours is standard for my size house and if they couldn't finish, I'll have to schedule them to return and pay more money (I'd already paid a hefty fee) for a job that should have already been completed. When I told her that they'd left a substance on the tiles in my guest shower, the woman acted like she couldn't even think of what chemical it would be and left it at that. She did not offer to have someone, anyone, come back out and at least remove whatever had been applied. I told her I guess I'll have to clean it off myself and she didn't even respond to that. I don't understand running a business like that. My house was not finished, the things that were cleaned weren't even cleaned well, no offer to at least partially refund, no offer to return to clean up chemicals. Nothing. I will definitely not use their services again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Setting the appointment was quick and easy. Three staff members arrived and jumped right into their work. Very organized, methodical and efficient. They were able to finish our 3400sq ft home in just under 3 hours. It smelled fresh and clean and looked great. I had explained that I needed a special cleaning to reduce pet hair and dander as I had visitors coming who were allergic. The team did a really good job going over furniture and fan blades...any areas that would be prone to collecting pet hair. It made the visit much more enjoyable for our family.

They have definitely earned a customer for the foreseeable future. With both my husband and I working full time, our home was starting to look a little neglected. We knew we needed help, so after spotting a service car on the highway, I decided to give them a call and have them come out. Marilyn in particular was incredible! She is an asset to Maid Right of Richmond/Sugar Land for sure. We're so unbelievably happy with how the house looks now, and we'll happily be recommending MR to anyone who needs a regular cleaning service like we did. We will look forward to seeing them now every 2 weeks!

P.s.- They're great with pets! We have 3 cats and they were incredibly patient with them while cleaning.

Ka'Vonda and Don have been cleaning our house for the past 6+ months. They are an amazing team together working on the house. My family is consistently happy with the result of the cleaning and they truly go above and beyond in every detail. They are very professional as well as personable. I couldn't ask for a better team.

I spoke with Angie at Maid Right and received and estimate for my Elderly Parents home in Riverstone. I was very happy with this companies responses and time frame to get someone to come out. They worked around our schedule and were very helpful with making sure we got someone who would best fit our needs. They arrived promptly, great communication, the Maid that arrived did a thorough cleaning top to bottom and was a delight to my parents. I had spoken with Angie about specific things I wanted taken care of and they paid close attention and made sure they were done. My parents were so pleased and felt safe and that the Maid did an excellent job. I feel this company did exceptional and provided exactly what I wanted and asked for in a 1st time clean. We have now set up a continuous cleanings in the future because of the experience.
