When my AC went out, everyone at Cool Time Services went above & beyond to get us going again! They answered all questions & explained different options, gave us best & worst case scenarios to allow us to make the best decision. We decided to replace the entire unit & have an additional duct installed into the Master bedroom. I highly recommend Cool Time Services for all your AC needs!

My outside compressor went out last night. After talking to numerous companies and reading reviews we decided on Cooltime and so glad we did! The other companies seemed more interested in selling me a maintenance package than they did getting my ac up and running. Made an appointment for 9am and Chase and Shon were promptly here at 9. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Above all I felt they were honest and that is a hard quality to find. I was quoted some outlandish prices from the other companies and felt like I needed to take a shower after speaking with them. I cannot say enough about this company and they will definitely be my "go to" from now on!

I came home to a warm house on a hot June day. I went to check some of the electrical to make sure nothing was wrong. Once I realized my condenser wasn't running at all I started calling around to multiple companies. Red was the first to pick up the phone and talk to me. We discussed some information about the situation and he had a tech over within the hour. But just my luck my system started functioning properly while Collin diagnosed the system rom top to bottom. He was professional and answered all my questions during diagnosis. Cooltime services has my business from now on. I will not use anyone else .

We’ve had regular maintenance from Abel but I literally can’t thank Abel and his technicians enough. A motor and module blew and caused the house to smoke. He went out of his way to do a visit last night, ordered parts as soon as opening hours allowed him and installed it by noon.
