Techs showed up on time. They were very professional and thorough with system checks. They explained what the numbers meant why those numbers were either good or bad. They accurately identified potential causes for issue we were having with out A/C. Finally, their service fee was very reasonable. Great job all around. I will definitely use Martin Mechanical HVAC group again.

Called and was told based on the noise I described, it was safe to run the unit as long as it was heating the area. The tech was on time, discovered and corrected the minor problem quickly.

Turned on “Heat Mode” on existing thermostat after cold weather arrived and heater wouldn’t shut off. Cory Martin, owner of Martin Mechanical, and the son of retired Cecile Martin, identified the problem as a defective thermostat, replaced the thermostat on 22 November 2024. Excellent service from scheduling to the actual service technician. They are very reasonable, professional and do not nickle and dime like many HVAC contractors. I was very pleasantly impressed with their work and will now switch to them as my main contractor for maintenance and repairs.
