Service only took 20 minutes but I have a new system. Wyatt checked heater which is working great, checked media filter which was clean and checked for carbon monoxide-none. He summarized what he had done and told me what the spring check would include. A very pleasant and efficient young man. One year free maintenance checks are included with my new HVAC system.

Mako repaired a friend of mine's commercial HVAC system in the same day.

Other companies we called said it would be at least 3 days or a week before they could get to us.

I can’t write a review on their HVAC services, but I can speak on their customer service! I’m 22 and was stuck on the side of a busy road with a flat in the Houston area. Before I could figure out someone to come change my tire, Eric (van #20) stopped and helped me. He changed my tire and wouldn’t accept payment for it. This kind of customer service deserves to be recognized, and I pray that Eric thrives in this company.

I had an appointment with Jack from Custom Comfort Air. He was extremely detailed going over my home, examing the furnace and ac. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. But most importantly, he discussed a Lennox home ac/heating system. He explained things extremely well. So well that I understood everthing he said. I questioned everything. He answered everything to my satisfaction. He left me feeling good about our interaction. I believe him to be honest and transparent. I believe after we get several estimates we will allow this company to do the work.

Early September, The tech, Daniel Tann, did the bi-yearly service work on our unit. He did a good job and took care of all our concerns. We recommend Custom Comfort Air to anyone. Thanks.

Devin Gilbert serviced our units today. Wonderful service provider and very knowledgeable about the units and care between maintenance visits.

Custom Comfort is great. We have been using them for years, and they have always been top notch with service. We use their tune up service and one service technician named Edwin found a small gas leak and repaired it right away and even cleaned up the furnace too. Thanks Edwin.

:/ Their price was better than other places we got quotes for but the attitude of the technician who said, "I'll be honest, we don't really want to do this job" turned us off and made us not want to proceed with the job. It was like he was annoyed we were asking for help which made us feel like we wouldn't be able to get help solving our problems we had been experiencing. Disappointing experience.

Our service repairman, Johnny was extremely courteous and patient and thorough. He made sure we understood what was wrong, how much it was going to cost and very compassionate. He was on time, would not walk thru the house without shoe covers and very honest and upfront with problems that could arise. He never made us feel pressured in anyway. I have used Custom Comfort Air for 20 + years and would never trust another.
