Devin Gilbert from Custom Comfort Air provided great care to our home today with timely service of our ac/heating unit! We have always received top tier service from Custom Comfort!

Devin arrived on time, was very professional and helpful as to what future services I may want to add later as the unit gets older. They installed my unit and have used them for the last 8 years for unit maintenance twice a year.

The Technician Devin came to have my furnace checked. He is very punctual, professional and detail in checking the machine. He explained to me what he had done . Let me know everything is taken care of. Excellent performance.

Our family has relied on Custom Comfort for years to maintain out AC and heater. We have been extremely pleased. We keep a contract with them to visit twice a year; once for AC checkup and once for heater checkup. For years, Jesus took care of our system and he was great. However, Jesus has moved on and this year Devin serviced our AC. Devin was outstanding. We were worried that we wouldn't have Jesus doing the service, but that worry was unfounded. Devin was very thorough. We couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Custom Comfort Air has never disappointed. My last two HVAC checkups have been no problem with no pushy upsales. Devin was my technician each time has he has been communicative and easy to work with.

I called Custom Comfort Air for the first time and they sent a technician to my house the same day. Mr. Devin Gilbert showed up on time, he was courteous, friendly, clean and very efficient. He solved our issue(s) fairly quickly and when I thought we were done he checked a few more things to make sure my system was good rather than just packing up and go. There were no signs of him trying to up-sell me on anything or even insinuating we needed to do something that wasn't necessary. I felt very comfortable with Mr. Devin Gilbert and if I ever need an AC person again and the issue isn't urgent, I will wait till Mr. Devin Gilbert is available. If Mr. Devin Gilbert is a reflection of Custom Comfort Air, then this is a good company.

He was very patient in waiting for us because we had to go buy a filter since the one we ordered from Amazon did not arrive in time. Just had my air conditioner / heater serviced by Sergio C at Custom Comfort Air. Sergio did a great job! He arrived on time, communicated quickly and clearly with me while executing his checkup. He answered all of my questions and took the time to show me some key data points I needed to make upcoming purchases. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and got the job done in record time. I've used Custom Comfort for many years. In fact, they installed my last a/c which was over 12 years ago and they've been doing the check ups ever since then. I always get a heat check and this time Devin came out. He did all the testing and reported his findings to me. He doesn't just say, everything looks good. He explains things. I also asked him about getting a new unit in the future. Devin explained what would work and how long the process would take. The technicians at Custom Comfort have always been good whether it's a simple check up or repairs.
