i work as a field technician i run tests across a variety of things from concrete on down i had forgotten my sharpie today and this little store was amazing the gentleman hooked me up with two beautiful milwaukee sharpies i beleive at no charge i may be wrong im a little tired and hard of hearing today but they were very nice over the phone its not everyday you call a random store just for a sharpie and get absolute 120% care and kindness most would be thinking whyd this guy waste a plumbing store or electrical store etc for a sharpie but not these guys ill gladly be bringing all business for working as a tech to them for any tools i need ill even be bringing my milwaukee tools to them for servicing if they do that aswell.. PS thought id leave a little reveiw as a thanks for you and your stores kindness this morning if it wasnt for yalls kindness id have been s.o.l i got back just at the nick of time for start my testing

Swan contacted me about my arduous experience created by nefarious salesman. Mr John Starkey brought a team of master electricians that made good on the job contracted. Mr Starkey, a manager for Swan brought me a gift card for spoiled groceries and informed me salesman has been
Terminated. In order to establish good will, Mr Starkey has informed company wants to maintain their reputation and I will not be charged the $14,000 originally quote by salesman who created the chaos. Thank you, Mr Starkey for your attention to the this matter. And, as a side note your electrician, Andres deserves special recognition for his knowledge, skill and professionalism as an electrician. Excellent fast service! I'm very pleased with the techs and their knowledge and profession manner. They fixed my leaks, installed my new faucet, unclogged my garbage disposal and installed my dishwasher quickly and correctly!

I have been very happy with all the services that Swan offers, today it was the AC unit and Ben Williams was the greates even went far beyond by going to Home Depot to pick up a new special filter for my unit, he is so knowledgable and very patient explaining how everything works and what he needed to do to make it work more effeciently. I'm on their maintenance program when they come out 4 times a year to clean and maintain the unit which is great for me as I'm senior citizen. I would highly recommend Swan for all of your needs.

I suggest not using this company. The prices quoted were exponentially high. To replace a faucet outside they charge $350 plus require you to sign up for a membership that cost $10 per month. For a Water Heater Repair, they charge $1200 dollars to start, with no guarantees that it will be fixed and working. For the same Water Heater Replacement, they charge $3400 to install a new Water Heater!! Ridiculous!!! If you wanna spend unnecessary money, go ahead and call SWAN!!!! But remember, there are tons of cheaper options out there doing the same quality work.

Michael and Branden were great with their service. Michael was polite, very informative and explained everything well. He answered all our questions with respect.

We were experiencing light fixtures not working in areas of our home. David, from Swan Electrical came out and fixed the problem in minutes. He was professional, informative and quick. We will be using them for all our electrical needs.

I’ve continued to receive calls from Swan after I’ve told 6 different people I sold my home in August! It’s just October. They are so focused on selling they continue to lie about updating their records to show I sold my home don’t have a new one so I can’t use their service if I wanted to. I’ve asked to be removed from whatever list they are working on because of the constant calls. It’s Thursday someone just called me yesterday and the week before this. Each one promising to remove my information Dawn, Tiff and a some guy. UGH! I’m purchasing a home in the next 3 months I won’t be using this company.

I have enjoyed being a client of Swann Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air. Preston, my service professional performed my service check and was absolutely top notch and very informative. He took time to explain my system and any issues he observed. I felt comfortable asking what I thought were silly questions or questions I should have known as a homeowner. I trust his advice and had no issues with what was identified. As always, Swann worked with my schedule and I did not feel pressured. I’ve been very happy with the Swann team of professionals.

David and Ryan were very courteous and professional! They advised of the plan to order a ladder to change out our exterior lights that are 18 feet tall! Looking forward
