we had a comfortflow heating & air conditioning geothermal unit installed in our home two years ago. during this time, we’ve experienced some of the coldest weather in taylor, and i am truly impressed with how much we've saved on energy costs. the unit has done an excellent job keeping up with the freezing temperatures. this shows that the system was properly sized for our home and is functioning perfectly. i’m really pleased with the service and highly recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade their heating system. we switched from a propane gas forced air furnace, and it's been a great decision.

Our family has consistently been satisfied customers with our Taylor-based HVAC service provider. We recently had a new Lennox AC unit installed by their team, adding to the many large and small projects they've completed for us in the past. The service was outstanding as always. They stuck to the promised timeline, and the team members, including Wayne, Sebastian, Conner, and another associate were friendly, professional, and very thorough. Not only did they deliver excellent work and provide valuable information, but they also patiently addressed any queries we had. At the conclusion of the project, both the indoor and outdoor workspaces were left spotless. We've been putting our trust in this HVAC team for years and once again, we are delighted with their service.

what an amazing company! after months of problems with another hvac contractor who just wouldn't respond, i finally called comfortflow heating & air conditioning. they were so friendly and helpful right from the start. within just a few days, marvin came out for a service call to check everything. after that, we decided to do a complete replacement of our mini split system. i was really impressed by how well they kept in touch, always giving updates and sticking to the appointment times. the install techs were awesome—very honest and clear about what was wrong with the old installation and explained exactly how they would fix it the right way. everyone was really nice, and the front office staff was great too. i'm definitely going to keep using this company for my home, and i'll tell my friends and family about them. honest, fair, and ethical service like this is hard to find.
