I was highly unsatisfied with the service. Paid way too much for the job to not get done. I called and texted for two weeks and never got a response from the boss. 0/10 do not recommend to anyone.

Mark was excellent! He was efficient and very knowledgeable about our A/C system. He wasn’t required to but he explained the whole process of what he was doing during each step.

I was truly impressed. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and very good customer service. They walked me through every detail. The way Hunter, the tech. introduced himself was in a very kind and pleasant matter. The company would be proud of the way , inwhich he represents the company. Having someone like him on the team is a great asset. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Unfortunately I have had bad experience; however, I do not necessarily think it comes from the company although the company is supposed to control its employees/contractors. Earlier today I needed an HVAC service; I agreed to pay $50.00 am for diagnostics and any further work to be agreed upon ( if any.) Technician showed up pretty quick, found out a $5 fuse on the air handler was blown out. He replaced it and system started working. I was grateful and asked to pay the diagnostic fee plus the $10 for the fuse $60.00 To my surprise Technician told me it’s $250.00 and if I pay cash it’s $200. The money is not that big of a deal more than the behavior I see from the technician. I believe tech was not happy the problem was just a fuse. The company may not necessarily be bad but employees/contractors are the face of the company. I won’t recommend this company.

My ductless mini split was doing nothing, but blowing hot air. I called One Hour Heating and Air to see if they it could be repaired. True to their name, Mark arrived in under an hour. He was very professional and courteous. He checked the system thoroughly and found the problem)s). I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Mark. Grist job!
