Mark did a fantastic job today—thorough, efficient, and very engaging. He took the time to answer all of our questions clearly. I would definitely recommend him and One Hour Heat and Air.

Mark was extremely professional and gave a detailed report on my system when he was done, to include photos he took for reference. Felt like I got an honest assessment without being taken for a ride. And to top it off, this company offers their Heroes Club, which is above and beyond, and greatly appreciated. These folks are out there to earn your business!

I scheduled a next day afternoon appointment online which was super easy to do and was very happy when they called the next morning to let me know they could have there that morning. Hunter was super friendly and informative, he had out diagnosis and the part replaced quickly. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning will be our go to company for all HVAC going forward!

So, these guys came out multiple times over several days and fixed several issues to get my equipment up and fully functioning. They were accommodating, they were friendly, they dealt with all of my frustrations, and they even worked around my financial constraints to get the job done for me. Thanks again!

These guys are great, especially the tech Hunter was very professional and knowledgeable. Their Hero program for a free system check and filter change is legitimate, I’ll be honest I was skeptical about some fine print but nope it is truly free. The owner Justin was incredibly nice as well. Love that they are genuinely giving back to the veteran and first responder community. Would 100% recommend them to everyone I know. And they for sure will be getting all my business in the future.

He took the time to explain his diagnosis in clear, layman’s terms. No one ever wants to hear, “You need a new air conditioning unit,” but Mark managed to soften the blow with his fairness, expertise, and uncommon empathy for our concerns. Fortunately, in our case, all that was needed was a little cleaning—and we were good to go! He personally showed me what he was doing and explained each step along the way.

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is a wonderful service for veterans and first responders. We have had them to our home twice to check our systems. They are courteous, thorough, and provide good solutions for more efficient heating and cooling. If you qualify, give them a call!

Hardworking and very informative. Hunter and Stephan did a excellent job on our upstairs unit. Installed everything we needed to get us back up and running. I am so glad we signed up for the Hero's program and had them come out and look at our AC.

Hunter did a great job and pointed out an issue I was unaware of that was producing mold. They had the solution to fix the mold and we will soon have clean air running throughout our system…

Hunter and Mark were true professionals. They arrived Quickly and within five minutes, diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system and corrected it. They made sure I knew what to do next time in case the same problem arose And hooked me up with a great membership plan as well. I met with Mark from One Hour when he came to do a courtesy check on our furnace. Our system is only 2 years old, but I wanted to keep an eye on it and get ready for the winter. Mark was quick and knowledgeable and showed me pictures of the system and explained what I was seeing. They have a free maintenance program for veterans that I am signed up for and I'm sure I will use them again in the future.

Mark was great. He kept me informed and took pictures of the problems he found. Mark gave me his opinions of what he thought the problem could be and fixed it quick and cleanly. I definitely recommend OHH&AC.

Incredible customer service from knowledgeable people from start to finish. Had a very disturbing strong smell coming from the AC. I was given advice by phone that helped, free of charge. I am pretty paranoid about safety and mold prevention, so I called when I still smelled a faint smell the next day. Hunter and Mark checked our system same day, and were able to explain the issue and give us peace of mind. They were both very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be calling them in the future for our tune ups and any issues that may come up. Honest, friendly people and not pushy salesmen. Give them a call!!

recently had a UV light bulb installed for my AC unit by One Hour Heating and Air, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From scheduling to service, everything was smooth and professional. Their customer service—both over the phone and in person—was excellent.

I really appreciate that they send text updates with the technician’s name and picture so you know exactly who’s coming to your home. I’ve had the opportunity to meet a couple of their team members, and both were very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions about maintenance and future service.

Amazing service . The company provides experienced and efficient service. . The techs are so friendly and detailed. They walk you through every step of the repair. I will be calling them for all my heating and cooling needs from now on.

Honest and well spoken. Assisted with some work that was not done correctly from another company free of charge. Showed up on time and prepared me for the visit. Technician enjoyed speaking about the equipment and had passion for the job which has been a rare trait in the contractor industry in my experience.
