Let me give this company called Blackstar Electrical LLC my personal experience with them is that I was having an issue with my breaker box. I phoned Home Depot to speak with the Pros Desk and I asked them for Pros Electrician. Information was input into the system and generated available Techs. My Technician called within 15 minutes to honor my service. He gave me a time 2 hour time frame between and 3p-5p he arrived at 3 p. Tech was knowledgeable, professional, reliable courteous and quick and efficient. Very reasonable and economical. Thank you Home Depot for having reputable Pros to assist your customers who needs help with repairs.

Danny has helped us on a couple projects and did an outstanding job. He was able to troubleshoot and fix a wiring issue we had when we had our Generac installed. We were happy with the work and his professionalism so we had him rewire some outlets that were not grounded (home was built in 1949). However, what led to a big problem for me was not having a quantity of each item called out in the estimate. Or putting all items the customer is expected to supply on the invoice as well…especially when it was discussed this the customer is trying to cut cost (in this economy).
This miscommunication ended up costing me an extra $50 that was not in my budget…
-PROBLEM HAS BEEN RECTIFIED-

Needed new transformer replaced to return power to my doorbells. Replaced old doorbell with Ring. Danny arrived on time and did the work in a couple of hours at a very reasonable price. Using him to replace all my outside lighting sconces which show a lot of wear and tear after 26 years. Danny is now my go to guy for all my electrical needs.
