Joe and Antonio came out Tuesday Feb 16 with 6 inches of snow on the ground. They were responsive keeping us in formed of their arrival time and risking having an accident in the terrible conditions to diagnose our system.
They were quick to find the problem find a work around until the parts could get to him. The next few days we were limited on the amount of heat but we survived thank you Joe and Antonio!!

They did what they said they would, when they said they would do it. Professional, personable and quality work! Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again! I also needed electrical work done and they referred me to another local business, who saved me hundreds of dollars.

An appointment was made. The technician arrived did some work & then stated he had to leave & would be back in two weeks. WHAT? I was quoted a price for the next time of $135.. The second technician came in two weeks, on time. However I was charged $165. When I stated what I had been quoted but the technician said this is the cost. So I paid. ... Not a happy camper. Will I recommend them, NO.

Best AC/Heating company in the metroplex! Joe and company are knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. They go above and beyond to work with whatever problems your having. They have installed multiple units and service multiple homes for me for years. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC problems. I would give them 6 stars if I could!!

Phillips Air Conditioning & Heating are the best! It is so nice to work with someone you know you can trust and who will quickly come out when you need a repair. We have used them to maintain our heating and AC systems before, but when we found ourselves without heat, Joe was in our home repairing our issue within hours. No one can beat this service!
