Zoey, Presley, & Shainna did an amazing job cleaning our house! They were very detailed, and our house looks great!

After trying several other services, I finally discovered YGMF and I am so happy I did. The team is always courteous and professional and I am always pleased with the quality of their work. YGMF is a solid cleaning service and I highly recommend them!

Unfortunately, this company stopped giving text reminders I complained they did not fix it and they just showed up my house unannounced. And not only that but they only cleaned for an hour when they were supposed to be there for 2 1/2 hours.. The owner did not apologize would not talk to me personally just let me talk to the secretary. super unprofessional, canceled my service using a different cleaning company for now on.

I've been with YGM for almost 3 years. They do a good job cleaning, much more thorough than I am! Tawny and Deontae did a lovely job today.

Zoey is typically the lead cleaner at my home and she always does an AMAZING job! She always starts the visit wanting to know if there is anything in particular I need focused on or addressed that day and always ensures it was completed to the highest standard.

We have been with You’ve Got Maids for months now and still exceed my expectations every time. They are professional, reasonably priced and listen to your needs to ensure they deliver quality work.

We have been using yall for 5 months now and we love yal . The house is always perfectly clean and stays clean for 2 week . Super sweet staff we love love Bayleigh she is our favorite, super fast and they do great with our dogs

Had them out to clean. They did a deep clean the first time. It looked amazing. Going to continue with their service. Have hired someone for a deep clean previously and when they were through it looked like an everyday clean. Not making that mistake again. You've got maids is who I'll be using from now on.

I'm reporting to the BBB for not being paid, and reporting the rude conversation and lack of even trying to working me after I request a day because my brother died. also the pay barely is minimum, employees subject to hazardous environmental situations, potential illness, ect for doing this, it should be hourly for sure and not barely minimum. A shame for the poor folks. Never seen such unruled boss as well. Who guilt trips a grieving employee for polite asking to have off to go to funeral?!

The people under though are sweet and deserve more compensation.

We had a deep clean by 3 members of the You've Got Maids staff yesterday and they did a phenomenal job. Even my husband noticed how clean the house was :) I would definitely recommend a deep clean from this company.

Chandler, Angie and Kenyatta came in with smiles and cleaned quickly and efficiently. They asked if I wanted a walk-through, but I could nit break from work. Later, I confirmed, they had done an excellent job!

Aja, Elizabeth, Robbin, and Marquita were very responsive when I addressed a need!!! I appreciated Amy and Taj came and observed their jobs to see if all things were met. There's ALWAYS room for improvement and I hope this will happen in time. All in all, they strived to do a Great job.

I never write reviews. Ever. But I'm writing all of them I can about this business on every platform I can.

I just got my house cleaned on 3/10 as a birthday gift and was supposed to get all the bells and whistles. I did not.
To start with they underestimated the time it would take and they underquoted us. They tried to tell us that they already didn't charge us the full amount so we had a discount, but they never asked if we were ok with them going over the time period and being charged extra. Because no, we would not have. We would have asked that things be skipped that weren't as important. They didn't communicate at all.

Then when it was finished things were not done at the standards they promised. I have a list of things, and I have picture proof of it all. But that honestly isn't even what bothers me the most. People are human. Things get missed or aren't perfect.

We contacted them afterwards to tell them we were not satisfied with the cleaning and with the price we were charged, because it was more than quoted. They said that the only thing they could do was send someone back to re-do the entire thing. Which in theory is nice, but I already finished cleaning what they didn't clean. Why would I want someone to come back? So we asked for a partial refund (to take us back to the original price we were quoted). But they won't do it. They "don't do refunds".

Never again. They don't care about the customer.
They admitted that all the pictures we sent them proved that it wasn't up to their standards, they admitted they underquoted us from the start, and they admitted they should have communicated more about going over the time period.
So if all of this is on them, then why are they not fixing it by giving me a partial refund?? I cleaned my house after they left. I fixed the cleaning issue. They should fix the amount they charged us and make it right.

Side Note: I used to clean homes and I was a maid. I know the standards, and this wasn't it. Not just the cleaning, but the professionalism and doing what's right by the customer.
I know how to clean my home and how to do it well. I just wanted to feel spoiled, and instead was extremely disappointed in the job (not well) done and in the company for not righting their wrongs.

Unreliable, Misleading and Unprofessional. Scheduled moving cleaning with Winter and she assured me it was a done deal. Fast forward, time to move and Amy calls with "Bad News" and a million excuses for cancel because "they don't have the staff". No offer for a solution. You've Got Maids needs to change their name to We have NO Maids! A real let down and inconvience.

Sold my house and needed the whole place cleaned while I unpacked at the new home. Within 24 hours they were at the house cleaning it top to bottom. They did amazing work and I felt at ease giving the keys to the new owners.

The ladies who came to my home did an excellent job making sure it was a thorough deep clean! I was thrilled when I walked back in afterwards. Ellen, the owner, was also very helpful as she called to let me know it would take longer than expected and gave me a quote before having them finish! Great service!

Had You've Got Maids out to clean our house for a party. Tracy and Zoe did such an amazing job. They were very thorough and professional. Ended up scheduling them on a weekly basis.

Used them for several years and was pleased. Recently have had issues with communication and not providing notice when they are coming, which we have requested since we have to make arrangements for our dogs. This last month, they did not show up on scheduled day (despite receiving a notice they would be here) and have not been contacted by the company regarding why they did not show up. I have left 2 messages and still no contact from company regarding missing scheduled cleaning.

We've trusted You've Got Maids of Frisco with our cleaning needs several times now, including move-out and move-in cleans -- received exceptional service every time, even when we needed an appointment on short notice. The maids have been diligent and thorough, and intent on meeting our needs and requests precisely. Much appreciated!

We have had a fantastic experience with Youve got maids. They have been excellent in communicating with me, work professionally and are always on time. Zoey and Shanterra did a superb job today and were very friendly and accommodating!
