Our sales manager, Amy, was fantastic! Our initial deep clean left us disappointed. I was respectful, yet honest with her about the service we received. She was determined to make it right, severely discounted our deep clean AND sent out a new crew to perform the deep clean again. O M G the new crew of Tawny, Deontae, Faja and Caitlin was FANTASTIC! They addressed every issue from before, were very communicative in making sure we were satisfier before leaving. Companies make mistakes and it's all about how they respond. The response was great and I am looking forward to regularly scheduled service.

We have been using You’ve Got Maids since September and have loved them! Tawny is our lead team member and a dream to work with! Tawny and her team alway leave our house looking new or “shinny clean” as our 2 year old says as she follows them around “helping” them. (they all have been amazing with our kids)

Certainly a negative experience with lots of learnings. Total misalignment in cleaning tasks promised vs. actual output delivered of a ‘deep cleaning’ for an occupied residence.

I have never till date (until this experience) had any cleaning crew with a team of 2-3 members take 4+hours to clean one floor (second floor) of approx 2300 sq feet area, which barely got completed, if that; plus half of that floor hardly has any traffic or is used. They also clearly state they don’t move furniture or clean beneath the furniture which further reduced the scope and areas to clean significantly. In addition, I had to dismiss changing sheets in the bedrooms, dismiss vacuuming the walk-in closets, and laundry room etc. etc. as the cost of this service was beginning to outrageously escalate!

At an hourly rate it felt like a complete rip off experience at the end of the incomplete service rendered. Paid close to $600!

I had to cut short as I was given an hourly quote for a 4-6 hour duration to deep clean the ‘entire’ house. The crew took most of that time for just one floor, which barely got completed despite eliminating tasks and exempting areas!

I can’t even imagine at their hourly rate and parameters of efficiency(?), how many (more) hours it would have taken them to clean the first floor, where majority of the traffic, occupancy, and usage lies. Probably amounted to $1500-$2000!

At the end of our feedback exchange the owner did courteously share that they are not the cleaning company for me and that’s probably the only consensus we jointly reached.

As a result I had to find another company to finish the former’s half done job and found Busy Bee Home Cleaning company who’ve been delivering great service since. The max I’ve had a 3 team member crew take up to deep clean the ‘entire’ house is 3.5 hours, ‘without’ dismissing any included service tasks or skipping rooms etc., and still did a great job and finish the job at hand!

We've been using You've Got Maids of Frisco for several years now. Kiki, Chandler, and Skyler are an amazing team and strive to ensure their service is top notch! They are friendly and kind and go above and beyond. I highly recommend this company!

I've been using You've got Maids of Frisco for quite some time now. I have gone through many cleaning companies and have never been as satisfied as I am with this company. The customer service is impeccable. I have found the perfect cleaning crew and I request them every month. Tracy is my go to for cleaning my house. His attention to detail is by far the best I've seen. He listens to my needs and follows through. My baseboards have never looked so good. I'm not one to post reviews but with a cleaning company as good as this, I couldn't withhold the positive feedback.

On March 26th Tracy reminded me about the internal competition the company was having and for every mention he gets entered into this. So, I’m am late in mentioning Tracy for the following cleaning services : January 20th & February 22nd.

I’m kind of a geek because I get so excited when my house clean but I’m also very picky when it comes to a clean home. I have no worries when I know that Tracy will be cleaning my home.

We've been using You've Got Maids for a couple of months now. Our house looked brand new after our initial deep clean, and after each visit it always looks amazing when they're done. Everyone on the team who has come to our house is nice, professional, and does a fantastic job. Kadario and Zoey came today and were great. We plan to use YGM for a long time.

issue and the next crew handled it great. Amy and Madline did an outstanding job. Also, the supervisor came out while they were here to make sure everything was satisfactory. Great job ladies!!

We have been using You've Got Maids for several months now and are very pleased with the service. The attention to detail that Hannah and Bree provide is refreshing. Not only from a cleaning standpoint but from extra little touches like refilling soap dispensers in our bathroom, and refilling the k-cup holder in the kitchen. They're efficient and friendly and do a great job. Would definitely recommend You've Got Maids to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

The team of Victoria and Kade from You’ve Got Maids arrives on time and gets right to work. They are pleasant and efficient; no standing around talking. Small polite conversation while they work is appreciated. It makes things more homey.
The office is very understanding if we need to reschedule. They want to work with my schedule. Veterans discount as well.

Excellent service from the initial phone call with Victoria to set up the services, cleaning service with Valerie and Roxanna (plus a few others who came to help), and the staff taking the time to make sure the deep clean was to our standards. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their cleaning service. They meticulously addressed every detail I specified for cleaning each nook and cranny of my home. What sets them apart is their professional approach to following instructions, in contrast to other services that often bring up price hikes when you specify additional cleaning requirements.

This company has been great to me. They have been able to clean our house with last minute requests before our guests show up on a couple of different occasions. They do a great job, focus where you want or need them to, and work with your schedule. Highly recommend You’ve Got Maids!!!

This is the easiest 5 star review! We took advantage of a vacation and had our home deep cleaned. Roxy and Tawny went above and beyond standard cleaning. The grout on the tiles looked brand new, the oven was sparkling, the refrigerator was organized and cleaned out. Each bedroom was tidied up and tchotchkes organized far better than we could have done. Amy, the manager is very thorough asking about our specific needs and follows through seamlessly. It was an absolute walking into our home. Thank you Amy, Roxy and Tawny! We appreciate your hard work so very much.

I had them come out Friday and do the deep clean and Allyson and Lena did an amazing job!! The house sparkles and even smells clean! I have used You've Got Maids for a couple years now and I have them come out 2 or 3 times a year to do the deep clean and each time has been great. There is nothing better than having your entire house from top to bottom cleaned, it a magical feeling!

We tried them for the first time a couple days ago after switching over from our previous Maid Service due to unsatisfactory cleanings. Danielle and Bayleigh came out to do our initial deep clean and I was very satisfied with their work. The house smelled fresh and looked very clean. They even asked me when they got there if there are certain areas I would like them to pay extra attention to. Amy is great too. She came to give the initial quote and asked a lot of questions about what we wanted done. I’ve signed up for weekly service so hopefully it will continue to be great!

I had my first cleaning by You've Got Maids today. So far so great! I had a nice home visit with Danielle to get an accurate estimate which was lower than 2 other services I had bid on the job. I like that the owner is a local school teacher and there is and office!

Three lovely ladies came out to clean, Tonya, Adriane & Caralee. They were so nice and courteous. I work from home so it is usually pretty awkward having cleaners here while I'm home, but they were friendly and I felt at ease.

They did a great job!! Even down to cleaning BEHIND my couch that is up against the wall, finding lost items I hadn't seen in forever, and putting a You've Got Maids sticker on the new roll of toilet paper and putting loose change out for me to pick up. :)

Lena, Bethany and Presley did an AMAZING job on our deep clean before Thanksgiving. They were so friendly, prompt, and professional and did a very thorough job! They cleaned crevices I never even thought of! Absolutely a once a year must-have. We also loved working with Winter who set up our services and answered all 1,000 of my questions, she's wonderful and responds so quickly!! From booking to paying, the entire experiences with You've Got Maids of Frisco was spectacular. We can't wait to have them begin regular cleanings on our home.

You've Got Maids does an incredible job cleaning our house. They are polite, work hard, and our house looks wonderful after each cleaning. I love that the crew spends time on each area of the house.
