I had them come out Friday and do the deep clean and Allyson and Lena did an amazing job!! The house sparkles and even smells clean! I have used You've Got Maids for a couple years now and I have them come out 2 or 3 times a year to do the deep clean and each time has been great. There is nothing better than having your entire house from top to bottom cleaned, it a magical feeling!

We tried them for the first time a couple days ago after switching over from our previous Maid Service due to unsatisfactory cleanings. Danielle and Bayleigh came out to do our initial deep clean and I was very satisfied with their work. The house smelled fresh and looked very clean. They even asked me when they got there if there are certain areas I would like them to pay extra attention to. Amy is great too. She came to give the initial quote and asked a lot of questions about what we wanted done. I’ve signed up for weekly service so hopefully it will continue to be great!

I had my first cleaning by You've Got Maids today. So far so great! I had a nice home visit with Danielle to get an accurate estimate which was lower than 2 other services I had bid on the job. I like that the owner is a local school teacher and there is and office!

Three lovely ladies came out to clean, Tonya, Adriane & Caralee. They were so nice and courteous. I work from home so it is usually pretty awkward having cleaners here while I'm home, but they were friendly and I felt at ease.

They did a great job!! Even down to cleaning BEHIND my couch that is up against the wall, finding lost items I hadn't seen in forever, and putting a You've Got Maids sticker on the new roll of toilet paper and putting loose change out for me to pick up. :)

Lena, Bethany and Presley did an AMAZING job on our deep clean before Thanksgiving. They were so friendly, prompt, and professional and did a very thorough job! They cleaned crevices I never even thought of! Absolutely a once a year must-have. We also loved working with Winter who set up our services and answered all 1,000 of my questions, she's wonderful and responds so quickly!! From booking to paying, the entire experiences with You've Got Maids of Frisco was spectacular. We can't wait to have them begin regular cleanings on our home.

You've Got Maids does an incredible job cleaning our house. They are polite, work hard, and our house looks wonderful after each cleaning. I love that the crew spends time on each area of the house. The staff (from Gabriel on down) are awesome & they’re able to get in corners where I no longer can.

You’ve Got Maids did a phenomenal job on my home. It was by far the best cleaning service I have used. They had several special touches that were above and beyond and I felt the cleaning I received was worth the money. There was an issue with the team arriving on time but Ellen sent out another crew to get the job done in time for family coming in town. Customer service was great and I will definitely use You’ve Got Maids in the future!

I've used You've Got Maids several times now, and they always do a great job. Today we had a cleaning done by Allyson and Lena who knocked it out of the park! I can't remember the last time our house was this clean. Such a great feeling. As always, Amy provides the best customer service and I always enjoy interacting with her. This company has truly proven to be committed to customer satisfaction. Job well done!

I want to thank the maids and the entire team for their thorough deep cleaning service. Even though I didn't have the budget for it, they were incredibly helpful during my move-out. Moving can be overwhelming, but they did an outstanding job. They cleaned everything—doors, floors, appliances, the refrigerator, and even the balcony. They removed all stains, and the place looked spotless. I truly appreciate their effort and attention to detail.

Today was the first time I've ever used a house cleaning service and I am so pleased with the work from Hannah and Bree. They were super polite and had me check on their work and were happy to touch up any areas that I noticed before they left. They even folded the clothes that were in my laundry room, which I didn't even ask them to do nor did I expect them to, as well as putting the bedding on the bed in our spare bedroom, which I didn't ask them to do either. They are super sweet and professional and I would definitely use this company again.

I scheduled a 3-5 hour deep clean while away on vacation. I work 60-70 hour weeks. I thought how refreshing it would be to come home to a clean house after vacation. DIDN’T HAPPEN. Not only did our house look like no one had even touched it except for sweeping and mopping, but we were locked out of our home at 1 am because they locked the lead through door from the garage. My son had to drive an hour from Keller to let us in. I have photos of their “deep” clean. 2 people for 3 1/2 hours. Total bill was $260 and they refunded $75. Really? Yes they offered to come back - but why? First impression and you don’t even come close to the promises made? I don’t want you back in my home. Oh but the relish in my refrigerator was organized. Just dust and soap scum weren’t a priority. Well, I didn’t even want them touching my food. Need to see their work? Here you go.

We used Maria with Esther’s cleaning today for our apartment and the job she did was amazing! She was extremely detailed and even worked with our pet being home. The apartment feels cleaner than it was when we first moved in. We will absolutely be using Maria again!

We’ve been using Esther’s Cleaning Services since 2021 and we’ve been very pleased with the work they do. We have them come every other week and they are amazingly fast and reliable. They are very flexible with scheduling which is very convenient when we have to travel or have to change weeks My wife and I look forward to them coming because it is so nice to walk into a sparkling clean house.
