work was impeccable, workers were great! Worked super hard to make sure my carpets were cleaned, deoderized and protected. 100% satisfied!

Kenneth was my work provider and he was courteous, and professional at all times. All of the items that he cleaned turned out great. delighted with his service!

They were rapidly on time, personable, fast and did a wonderful job! My bedroom carpet had stains from my cat and all stains are now gone. recommended!

Adrian and Clifford did such a awesome project with our couches. Customer work was top notch and the price arrived in much lower than several other local cleaners. Will be using again!

Mike and his team were amazing! We contacted him in the morning and he had his team at our new building cleaning and sealing our tile floors at 4 pm that day! Tiles and grout look brand new! recommended.

the job was excellent! geoffrey, the technician from steele family carpet cleaners, was absolutely fantastic and meticulous. he arrived on time in the colony, gave detailed descriptions of all treatments for the different types of carpet stains, and guided me through the finished work. i wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone!

The job was excellent. The two technicians, Nolan and Geoffrey, were courteous. They responded to any inquiries we had about what they were doing with our carpets. They arrived within the scheduled time for our appointment in The Colony. We plan on utilizing Steele Family Carpet Cleaners again in the future. Thanks for a well-executed task. Braden was incredibly polite and extremely proficient! He showed up and brilliantly managed my carpets and rugs in The Colony. He did an excellent job and I'm tremendously satisfied. The friendly young woman who scheduled my appointment, at Steele Family Carpet Cleaners, was equally delightful and promptly set up my services for the next day.

geoffrey came out and was absolutely professional and kind!! he was ahead of schedule, but phoned to check if it was alright to arrive early. he got straight to work, put in a lot of effort, removed some carpet stains that we weren't too sure could be handled, and also cleaned our upholstery. the cost was unrivalled!! when i saw $25 per room, my initial thought was perhaps the quality might be compromised, but he did a better job than the other well-known franchise guys in the Colony we had paid much more to a few years prior. don't second guess and don't search elsewhere!!! we will always ring them up for all of our carpet cleaning requirements.

i looked around and compared prices of different carpet cleaning services. one local company cleaned a small room and charged quite a hefty sum. in contrast, another company cleaned an additional room and the stairs at a much more affordable rate. their base fee was also considerably lower than the other businesses in the colony. braden from this company arrived promptly at the agreed time, vacuumed the room and stairs, addressed specific stains, and thoroughly cleaned the stairs and the room's carpet. he was personable yet maintained a professional demeanor; he mentioned that the business is a family affair. payment was made via credit card after the job was completed to my satisfaction. they did an amazing job!

I reached out to a couple of companies to clean my 2-year-old carpets that were marred with coffee spills, pet messes, and makeup stains, along with the usual muddy paw prints. Two gentlemen, John and Braden, arrived and successfully cleaned up the stains. When one of the mess spots reappeared after about a week, I contacted them to see if they could fix it. They revisited and this time, the stain was completely eradicated. Their customer service was extremely accommodating and patient with my numerous queries. Their service was also reasonably priced. My carpets took about 8 hours to dry completely. Now, even my neighbors have decided to hire them. I really appreciate their entire team for making this process so smooth. They were very respectful, punctual, and courteous. I'll definitely be hiring them again to clean my chairs and another room in The Colony.

I recently had the joy of reaching out to a highly recommended carpet cleaning service for the carpets in my townhouse. They sent Geoffrey over, and what a fantastic professional he turned out to be! Geoffrey was incredibly knowledgeable about the cleaning products used and conducted himself in the most professional manner. I showed him around my three-story townhouse and he gave me a quick estimate. He assured me that he could have the carpets spotless within a reasonable time frame. True to his word, Geoffrey did an outstanding job - such a level of work is seldom seen! My husband and I were delighted with Geoffrey's professionalism and the speed at which he completed the task. Needless to say, Geoffrey did a job well done. I am absolutely thrilled with how my carpet looks now.

i needed some carpet cleaning after moving into a place where the carpets had deep stains and odors left by previous tenants. the host arranged for steele family carpet cleaners to come out. geoffrey took a close look and explained that, while they could do a thorough cleaning, some tough stains and smells might not come out completely because of how deep they were. i really appreciated the honesty and professionalism shown throughout the process. if you need carpet cleaning, i highly recommend them for their straightforward service and great attitude.

I can’t say enough good things about the carpet cleaning service I received! From my first phone call, John was so friendly and helpful. I was able to book an appointment quickly, even on a weekend, which really worked for my schedule. On the day of the cleaning, John was extremely polite and great to work with. He cleaned three wall-to-wall carpets and also took three area rugs to be cleaned. I was a bit worried since only my bedroom has AC and it was a hot, muggy day—I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to use my bedroom that night after the carpet cleaning. John went above and beyond to make sure I could sleep in my room and that the bedframe wouldn’t damage the freshly cleaned carpet. I had adopted a dog a while back who sometimes had accidents on my white carpet, leaving stains I couldn’t get out. John managed to remove every spot, and now the carpet looks brand new! One of the other rooms had old stains that had been there since I moved in, and nothing I tried ever worked on them. I told John I didn’t expect those stains to come out, but he surprised me—they’re gone! All three rooms look amazing. You can really tell that John cares about his customers and takes a lot of pride in his work. He explained everything clearly, was honest about what he could do, and his prices were very fair. Steele Family Carpet (aka Carpet Master) pulled a bait and switch with the services I requested. They sent a completely different “company” called Lian Services, which does not exist according to any records I could find online.

They told me it would be $79 and no extra charges for bringing the equipment up the stairs. When the tech finished “Cleaning” my carpet, he informed me they were charging me $165 ($30 for bringing the equipment upstairs, and $135 for the service that was quoted at $79)

When I asked to speak to a manager, I have been hung up on multiple times and nobody calls me back. I asked about Lian Services and Steele Family Carpet said “we don’t know who that is”.

It has been over 2 days with no call back, and the company refuses to do anything to help. DO NOT use this company unless you want to get scammed and have their employees THREATEN you in your home by telling you “I’m going to dump all this dirty water on your carpet unless you pay me the $165”

I never received a quote or an actual invoice because this company is fraudulent and does not adhere to normal business practices. They use intimidation and threats to get extra money from people, and they do not honor their word.

These people are the most dishonest, rude, and downright disrespectful people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with.

I will be filing a chargeback with my bank and I hope that anyone reading this stays away, as all of these other reviews are not at all what you will experience.

To makes things even worse, the tech “Dan” that they sent over didn’t spend more than 3 minutes on each room and left the carpets sticky with soap residue and still having dirty spots all over the place.

STAY AWAY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

This is the shoddy work I received for $165 (more than double what was quoted).

As you can see, the tech didn’t even bother to get the last 2 inches of carpet in the living room and there are several dirt spots that are a direct result of the tech not removing the rest of the soap / water. He refused to spend more time than the 3 minutes he spent, and then continued threatening me and strong armed me into paying the inflated price.

This is a classic bait and switch and fraud

**UPDATE: After driving to the colony to speak to someone directly, the address that is listed on google is not real. There is no Suite 457 at 6700 Main Street in The Colony. When I called again, I was told “we left that location three months ago and are now a mobile only company”

When I confronted the agent about the address not existing, they hung up on me again. Luckily I got the call on recording (thank you texas for being a one party consent state). I will be forwarding this to the fraud department at my credit card company, sharing this review any where else that Steele Family Carpet is listed, and having my friend who is an attorney file a small claims case for me if necessary.

I can’t believe any legitimate business would treat their customers this way.

Also, the contractor from “Lian Services” who claimed to be dispatched by “Steele Family Carpet / Carpet Master” blocked me after trying to contact them for a resolution.

This place should be called “Steal Family Carpet” because they are nothing but thieves and liars.

MANAGERS ARE HORRIBLE! They originally did a good job. However, when the cleaning dried, you could see stains from their machine that weren't there before. I called to let them know and I called at 8 am hoping we could just get it resolved, however I kept being told "a Manger will call" and they never called back even after I called at least 6 times. I would have been fine if they made it right, but since they are too good to even call me back, I'm furious! I spent $225 to have my carpet look WORSE than before they came. I would never use them again!

After calling around, I decided to get one last quote for carpet cleaning. From the beginning, John was honest, straightforward, explained all the cleaning services and products, and gave me a great price. After we talked, I agreed and set up the appointment, and John actually showed up early, which was awesome. Once he arrived, he checked out the carpets and got straight to work. He was friendly, honest, and even before he finished, my house smelled fresh and clean! I definitely recommend John for your carpet cleaning in The Colony. I will be using this service again!
