Like every other cleaners, they all send them out to get clean and the problem with other cleaners is they don’t listen to their customers how they want their shirts done. My wife is a pilot who wears men’s shirt while working as requirements of all pilots. She wants it with heavy starch. Their prices are comfortable to everyone else and we never lost the button.

Have used High Point Cleaners for years and they are outstanding. The service and quality of work is excellent. Also, when I drop off clothes, they always ask when I need it back so the service and attention to detail are excellent.

This is a great cleaner. Staff is always friendly. Never an issue. After 8 years of service I highly recommend them.

The staff is friendly and very detail oriented. I never get a shirt back with a broken or missing button. Also they go above and beyond. Very happy experience.

Take your business elsewhere!! The front desk lady is incredibly rude, as several other reviewers have mentioned.

Worst. The lady said the stain will be removed but stain is not removed and tells it needs special attention. I need refund. Worst front desk lady

I downvoted because they refuse to launder shirts that have tags saying "Machine Wash". They only accept them for dry cleaning even when I am willing to accept the risk. They do good work but are to expensive due to driving business to dry cleaning. I will try accross the street.

They do an excellent job here. No lost items, and we've seen some stains removed that we never thought could be taken out. Very friendly, and the drive up option is a nice touch.

Take your business somewhere else! The manager is very rude and tried to make me pay an extra $10 for a pant hem, after I already paid $17 in advance. This business is trying to scam you out of more money and the service was awful. The quality of the hem was also uneven and jagged. This was a horrible experience and I will never be returning.

These people were nice but I brought in 7 shirts to be laundered. That means washed! But even though each shirt had a tag that said DO NOT DRY CLEAN they did it anyway so they could charge me $4 for each shirt. Total ripoff .

I never leave reviews online but this is definitely an exception. Frank who works here was awesome! I needed my suit cleaned for an out of town wedding and High Point Cleaners got it ready the next morning for me to pick up. Highly Recommended!
