Picked up my dry cleaning and it smells awful. I told her to smell the dress and she acted as if she didn’t understand. Meanwhile she’s asking me for my PIN number for my card - as if I’m dumb enough to do that. The dress looks like when I brought it in - and smells worse than the closet smell that I brought it in with. Save your money as they overcharge as well as their practice. Terrible service from horrible people. Don’t ever assume that a person is ill-educated to the hustle. I’m street savvy as well as highly educated.

This cleaners is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The lady running the business (youngsoon) is unprofessional and should not have a business. When I dropped off my clothing we discussed trying to remove a stain from my shirt. When she looked at it she did state that she wasn’t sure if she could remove the stain but would try. She stated that if she could not remove the stain to not worry about payment. Upon returning to pick up the shirt Youngsoon wanted me to pay first before even seeing the shirt to see if it was cleaned. She stood and tried to argue with me when I simply was asking to see the shirt before payment to confirm if stain was removed or not. She finally gave in after she saw I was not going to pay before seeing the shirt. When I finally saw the shirt and saw the stain wasn’t removed. I told her about the agreement we made and she acted as if she had no clue and was oblivious to what I was talking about. She refused to completely hand over my clothing. I told her that I was still going to go ahead and pay but she was not keeping her part of the bargain. After receiving my clothing finally and walking out she stated next time I’ll give you a free cleaning to which instate absolutely not cause there won’t be a next time. I should have fully read the reviews before spending my hard earned money in that dump. Will NEVER go back and I suggest you find any one of the other cleaners to use in this area. Someone who will appreciate your business and money and knows how to be professional! Shame on you Youngsoon!

They changed price when picking up and charged me additional 10 dollars than the receipt amount. For a ‘ extra lager’ short down jacket.

Some people don’t want to pay if their expectations aren’t met, but you’re still paying for someone’s time, effort, and materials. This is a small, family-run cleaners that’s been part of The Colony long before the area started changing and all this new development came in.

They’re honest, hardworking, and offer fair prices. I’ve never had any issues with my clothes here—and I appreciate the service every time.

She does the best hem alterations on my pants and trousers! Very affordable and highly recommend.

The lady at the front desk was rude. She was hard to converse with, after repeating my phone number and name umpteen number of times she still couldn’t get it. I was just holding my patience and tried on write it down for her. I grabbed a piece of paper out of the box in the front desk which are the scribble papers, she snatched it back from my hand saying wait I’m doing it. Absolutely rude behaviour!!! After telling her I need to wash my clothes she still
Kept insisting on dry cleaning.
I just had enough, grabbed my clothes and walked out. Never ever will I return to this place. Unprofessional!!

Ms. Kim the front desk person has been nothing but kind,respectful , and patient since I started taking my clothes here. She was polite when taking down my information. Also she was able to get many stains out of clothes some that been difficult to get out for over a year. I will continue to go her and highly recommend her for your dry cleaning.

I've been going to this cleaners for as long as I can remember. I don't go anywhere else. Ms. Kim is such a nice and caring person. Always has a smile on her face and treats my family with so much kindness. My dry cleaning is always done on time and have never had any issues.

Always super friendly and have my cleaning ready quickly. When I asked them to pay special attention to certain spots, they always come out. Been coming here for years!

Such a worst service… gave the dress for dry cleaning and they didn’t even dry one of the lehanga… also took more price than what was discussed while giving the dresses. The person who is there doesn’t understand anything we say. Next day she only talks about the hiked price that is there on the dresses and we will be forced to pay. People who have anything urgent please don’t give your dresses here unless you need a bad service.

Wow, where to begin. I was a customer of blue science for two years. During that time, I have encountered more scenarios than I can count of their pool techs cutting corners and not doing an adequate job for the services you are paying for. Majority of the pool techs are young guys out of high school or college who clearly could not care less about the level of service performed on the pool. I can recall 20 or so times where I witnessed the pool tech come out, empty the skimmers and leave, but reported that he did a full service clean on my pool, including brushing my walls and vacuuming the bottom. There was even two times they didn’t even come due to weather but charged me a full service clean without rescheduling another clean for the times they missed. The first few times I would let it slide, but then my frustration grew with each instance this would occur. When I called the pool manager about this, he insinuated that I was mistaken. It was only when I threatened to release pool my video footage from my outside pool camera of the negligence that was occurring that he “remedied” it by having the pool guy come back out to do the full clean.

Blue science also outsources their customer service (or just has terrible customer service) who are very disorganized and will straight up ignore emails and not return phone calls. I switched to a partial clean for a few months during the winter (which is a cheaper rate) and they overcharged me. They have ignored all correspondence, both emails and phone calls, to remedy the overage. I likely will have to take them to small claims court in order to get a response and my money. I wish it didn’t come down to this, but the level of unprofessionalism and unresponsiveness is unlike anything I have seen

I could go on, as this review just scratches the surface, but my advice is to use any other pool company and avoid them at all costs.
