I can’t say enough thanks to Cypress Creek. We had a leak in the evaporator coil, it was replaced and we had to have refrigerant added. A week later our A/C was doing the same thing it was when I first called(not cooling off, the temperature would continuously rise). I called and they offered to come out the same night but we just had them come out the next day. Turns out there was a valve leak on the part they just replaced and we were losing refrigerant. They added more refrigerant and ordered the part. They came out the next day to fix it. We were not charged for the valve leak. I was super thankful and very appreciative of their services. Very professional and they have great communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their service, you won’t be sorry!

These folks are fantastic. I submitted an online inquiry expecting to hear back in a day or two. Got a text response an hour and half later. Explained my situation and asked how soon they could get someone out to help out. They offered some free advice over the phone that got me temporarily taken care of and had a tech on my doorstep at 9 the next morning. They gave me lots of options for repair and replacement walking me through pros and cons of each. I never felt pressured one way or another and genuinely felt consulted rather than condescended to.
