This company came out quoted me for a brand new unit with permits I then paid my 50% deposit totaling $3000 they started the job and then said they quoted me the wrong unit size and refused to refund my full amount because they purchased a permit. Once I spoke with their VP she said I told them to pull the permit so they will not refund it because the city will not refund them and then proceeded to call me juvenile because I was “upset I can’t get my way” and that I should be happy they gave me a partial refund because it was always just “an estimate” the lack of accountability is ridiculous although I appreciate the partial refund I am now out of $500 with holes in my ceiling due to there lack of knowledge and carelessness about their customers.

I would definitely use this service again in the future and recommend it to others. The service was prompt, professional, and exceeded my expectations. I used them on two different properties; great service and results in both.
