    So Jerry Hearn Plumbing has handled my parents house and my house for well over 10 years. First they’re honest dependable and reasonable. when I was out of the country and there was a problem they were right there to handle it for me in my absence. They’ve installed cleanouts, they’ve handled my issues with my gas fireplace , they rerouted plumbing. and all for a reasonable price. It can be difficult to find businesses like this. My family is very grateful.

    I’m somewhat disappointed with my experience. First, I had no problem with Byron or his assistant, my concern was that I was charged $240.00 but yet my shower issue wasn’t resolved and nothing was fixed. I assume this was a service call charge but I was never informed of this when I spoke with the representative that scheduled my appointment nor by the service tech. Additionally, I don’t recall seeing this information on the website as well. So I’m out $240 and still have a shower leak. The best I got was what the tech “thought” the problem could be. Imagine my surprise when I was ask “how do you want to pay” at the end of the service call.

    Could not be more pleased with service. We called with a water softener problem...Crew came and checked out our problem. The company sent us an itemized estimate...we accepted and work scheduled.     I recently had a plumbing issue where the wall in the bathroom sounded like it was shaking/vibrating every time we flushed the toilet or used the shower. it was so bad that we were scared a pipe was going to bust every time we turned on the water! Jerry came right on time (maybe even a few minutes early) and diagnosed the problem right away and was done within 20 minutes! He was very professional and had great customer service. He explained everything in terms where I could understand what the problem was because I know nothing about plumbing haha. I had a great experience and would hire again and refer to my family!
