So Jerry Hearn Plumbing has handled my parents house and my house for well over 10 years. First they’re honest dependable and reasonable. when I was out of the country and there was a problem they were right there to handle it for me in my absence. They’ve installed cleanouts, they’ve handled my issues with my gas fireplace , they rerouted plumbing. and all for a reasonable price. It can be difficult to find businesses like this. My family is very grateful.

Jerry was right on time with great communication. He clearly knew what he was doing and had the broken pipe fixed in minutes. He stuck around to make sure there were no other leaks once water back on. Not only do I recommend him, he will be THE plumber I will reach out to for all future needs at my house. Great service, value, and quality.

I’m somewhat disappointed with my experience. First, I had no problem with Byron or his assistant, my concern was that I was charged $240.00 but yet my shower issue wasn’t resolved and nothing was fixed. I assume this was a service call charge but I was never informed of this when I spoke with the representative that scheduled my appointment nor by the service tech. Additionally, I don’t recall seeing this information on the website as well.
So I’m out $240 and still have a shower leak. The best I got was what the tech “thought” the problem could be.
Imagine my surprise when I was ask “how do you want to pay” at the end of the service call.

Could not be more pleased with service. We called with a water softener problem...Crew came and checked out our problem. The company sent us an itemized estimate...we accepted and work scheduled. The crew, Jerry and Aiden, cold not have been nicer or more professional. Once again we are pleased with the service of JL Hearn.

I have used J. L. Hearn three times and I have been impressed each time. Hearn has always given me the best response time, their plumbers are always polite, informative and efficient. I recommend them highly.

I recently had a plumbing issue where the wall in the bathroom sounded like it was shaking/vibrating every time we flushed the toilet or used the shower. it was so bad that we were scared a pipe was going to bust every time we turned on the water! Jerry came right on time (maybe even a few minutes early) and diagnosed the problem right away and was done within 20 minutes! He was very professional and had great customer service. He explained everything in terms where I could understand what the problem was because I know nothing about plumbing haha. I had a great experience and would hire again and refer to my family!

We are putting in new flooring and had to have all of the water appliances and toilets de-installed, then re-installed . The folks at Hearn have been so very flexible and really helped us get this project completed. I have one thing to say about the entire crew who helped us...."TOTALLY AWESOME " Can't say thanks enough. Thanks is not enough...

I was given a same day appointment. Communication was outstanding! I was texted the repairman's name and he told me when he was on the way. I can't say enough positive things about Byron. He came over, looked at my tank and fixed it. I asked for an estimate for a new one because I knew mine was old. He gave me a reasonable price and it made me feel good to know that they aren't out trying to get rich off of your money. They are there to give you good advice. And advice is exactly what Byron gave me. I had several questions and he answered every one of them. I will be back. Thank you!

This company came out and within 10 minutes sussed the issue. Noe and his helper were upbeat, considerate, and ultra professional. Now to do the recommended repair and see if it works. Will begin using them for all our plumbing needs in the future, Lord Willing.

Called them on the recommendation of a friend and so glad that we did. They sent someone over within two hours of my initial call and the guy that they sent was very nice and very professional. The sink was repaired in less than an hour. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again J L Hearn!!

I was so thrilled that David called me back as it was late on a Friday afternoon. My AC was not working and in this intense heat that was a problem. David called me back Friday and he set an appointment for Saturday! He saw me in less than 24 hours! He notified me he was on his way, right on time by the way. He was able to replace the broken part very quickly. I have cool air again! I would wholeheartedly recommend JL Hearn!

Had a leak in my garage and thought that a pipe burst. The team that came out was very professional in their analysis and determined that it was only a small leak in a washing machine hose. Turned out to be a quick fix. While they were here, I had them replace my very old hose bibs and they look fantastic and work just as good.

The home service appoint was scheduled the same day I made the call. The service team showed up on time and did an excellent job. The techs were courteous, knowlegeable, skilled and efficient. The problem was resolved very quickly and I am very satisfied with the service provided.

Jim and Tommy are true professionals. They were able to immediately to respond to my house and identify the problem. Once diagnosed, a plan was put in place to obtain needed equipment at a fair price with financing options. Later, Jim recommended further equipment to ensure all components work in conjunction and safeguard all appliances that rely on plumbing throughout the house. The company and techs were easy to deal with regarding scheduling, financing. Jim and Tommy have years of experience. Highly recommend! Have used in the past and will continue to utilized their services.

Byron showed up on time with Advanced text messaging to let me know he was on his way, was extremely professional and was able to accommodate additional changes that I needed with the tub shower trim kit. Additionally he was able to fix the original cause of the call which was a leak in the irrigation system. I would not only recommend them but I have booked them to come back and replace the hot tub and shower trim kit in the master bath and fix a toilet that another plumbing company told me would require the entire toilet to be replaced. Please seriously consider using this company as the act with integrity and professionalism.

They were the best organized from several plumbers we tried to get ahold of and they came 3 days before the appointment knowing our big need. They were very professional on the phone as well as the man that came to fix the 2 broken pipes. He showed me the exact place the ruptured and he fixed it right away.
Is hard to find such an organized Plumbing Company that works this well and at a very reasonable price. They were the actual heroes of all these ordeal we just went through with these freezing temperatures. Thanks so much for what you did to me and my family!!

Neighbors recommended them. I had them come out to figure out a water pressure issue which ended up being a water softener problem. Then they came back out later to fix a slow draining pipe which ended up requiring a sewer repiping of the house. Also had them look a water heater. They were honest and recommended I not get it flushed since it would likely cause the whole thing to fail since it wasn't clear that it had been done anytime recently. With the repiping, they gave me several options to see what would fit my budget while also getting the job done. They had a couple different financing options which was helpful. I was also thoroughly impressed by the tunneling team, namely the person that re-did the stone work for our drainage system. They had to pull up a lot of flagstone and it is almost completely unnoticeable where they went through. Jerry and the rest of the team were very responsive during the whole process and came out several times to make sure everything was working perfectly. I'll be using them again when I need to replace that old water heater.

Had a leak in the garage. I don't remember the ladies name that answered but she was so nice it was like talking to a friend. The contractors were there in an hour, before the anticipated time which was great- #and they let me know when they would arrive which is important to me so I can put 3 big dogs away before they arrive. Work was quick but careful. Already recommended them to my boss who was having plumbing issues that same day. AND they cleaned up after themselves which is rare. 6 stars.

Had some work performed by JL Hearn Plumbing and was very impressed. Byron was super responsive friendly and knowledgeable! Work was performed quickly and he cleaned up in the area he worked in and left it cleaner than it was before. Service is top notch. I will definitely be calling them again!

They didn't just come and do unnecessary work. They analyze the system professionally and showed me that a plumbing project was not necessary in the area I was considering. They're careful analysis save me over $1,000. I'm thankful for their analytic and professional approach and what they do and that they only do what needs to be done rather than doing extra projects to make money. Deeply appreciated
