I called for an estimate because a pipe burst in my garage and I need to file a claim. I explained that I was able to get the water off before it flooded the house. The rep said that they are swamped and focusing on houses that are actually flooded and he can get me on schedule next week. I said okay what is the soonest. He said it is going to be a while, like that was an answer. So basically if you are not top on their priority list, they don't care. I'm over here without water. I was willing to wait but to not even lock in a date was not professional nor empathetic to my situation. Needless to say when my insurance company does cut my check, it won't go to this company

Awoke to disgusting backflow of clogged sewer line in basement utility room. Immediately called several “cleanup” companies who stated they would have someone contact me ASAP. Blackhill Restoration was the first to respond within 30 minutes and at my home 2 hours later. (Still waiting for a call back from one company)! Derek and Chris from Blackhill Restoration/Springfirld MO arrived in uniform, in company van, Covid compliant wearing masks. They were professional, estimate very reasonable and, most gratefully, they came prepared to perform cleanup immediately. They worked meticulously, careful not to track microorganisms by judiciously using shoe covers, cleaned and disinfected each item removed from room and thoroughly washed and disinfected the floors. Beyond grateful! Derek and Chris took the sting out of a horrible experience. I whole heartedly recommend Blackhill Restoration without reservation.
