Today it was extremely difficult to find any one who spoke English so we can get some customer service. I went inside to ask the cashier and she spoke enough to say outside and pointed to the right. I browsed every where out there while pregnant in this Texas heat. No lavender. I go back inside to tell her I couldn’t find it, she just simply pointed to a man. Went to him and he said they don’t sell lavender any more. I asked if there are any other herbs he said no they sold out. As I continued browsing for fruit trees I found basil, mint leaves, parsley, sage etc. So much for all sold out and no longer selling them. What kind of people are y’all hiring garden center? They’re driving your customers away! It’s already a disadvantage with no refunds or exchanges unlike Home Depot, but bad customer service too with higher prices? No thank you!

Great prices with the clearance sale. You need to know what you’re looking for and how to Google things because they can’t answer any questions. Don’t look for help because there is none.

I used to work with them long time ago, always buy my Christmas trees there, and reminiscent does days been in the floor with all the poinsettias and Christmas trees! 1986. Jones toad location!

Be sure to check for coupons they always have them in the paper, the pottery and other containers are a little overpriced but I can't find them much cheaper anywhere else

Very dissatisfied with purchasing a Christmas tree from here. I have had it a week and it is falling apart. If you touch a branch the needles all fall out. We have used their recommended life extender formula even. The ornaments are falling off because the needles can’t keep them on. There are branches that were totally full of needles but now are bare. When I tried to call there was no answer and the mailbox was full. Tried calling back and it went straight to voicemail.

My wife purchased a lot of items there, some of the plants were poisonous, we brought them back in 3 days and they wouldnt honor a return. They said we could leave the plants and would have to call corporate. I called Corporate and spoke with Jennifer who was incredibly rude and talked down to me. She said she works for the owner when i asked who her manager was and who i could talk to. Apparently Matt Hooper is the owner that i need to call now and i need to wait 5 more days to talk to him. all over 60 dollars, I've spent at least a couple thousand dollars there over the course of the last 15 years. They lost a long time customer. I will stick with the smaller nurseries like RWS that care about the customers and relationships. I even took a video of where i left the plants at the store as instructed by Raul who was in charge that evening.

I found they have the biggest selection of pots and for great prices! The staff is very helpful.

They have a wide variety of plants. Most are marked appropriately. Some are a guessing game. I like getting some of my plants there, but it's to the point where other places are cheaper now. Don't expect to see prices on anything else, not on the product or shelf. Customer service is bad, in my opinion. 5 people just standing around the cash register grabbing. No one says welcome, can I help you, or bye have a nice day, thanking you when handing a receipt. The guy in the booth out front just plays on his phone. No hi welcome, no bye have a nice day, still playing on the phone. What is his job? I don't know.
So if you want basic everyday plants/vegetables, go somewhere else. They do have plants that others don't, but they are expensive. Maybe because they have to pay 6 employees to stand around. Sorry, mean but true. Let me say they were not mean at all, just not welcoming and helpful.

Inventory was a little light in February, given the freeze events in January and February, but as of March, the selection is quite plentiful. Prices are on par or slightly better than some other places when I compare their “3-gallon” plant pricing to the competition.

Went to the location on Tomball Pkwy today looking for dwarf bottle brush plants, instead of wandering all over looking I asked the woman at the register and she said “no”, I asked again and she just pointed across the building to a man. At this point it was obvious that she didn’t speak English. I went to the man and asked and he was able to answer in very broken English. After selecting the plants we wanted we went to check out and the non-english speaking lady was there. She rang up the items and I put my card into the machine and it didn’t take, so she pointed for me to tap it, I did, then it asked for my pin and I started typing it in but it would only take 3 digits. She kept pointing at me and saying pin. I tried to tell her the problem but of course she didn’t understand. We ended up canceling the sale and leaving without any plants. Houston Garden Center needs to have some people that can communicate with their customers. I won’t be returning to any of their locations. Customer service is very important and theirs is terrible.

Just don’t do it!! Can’t recommend this company! The team is lazy and my yard actually looked better before using them and when I was doing it myself. I installed brand new turf in the backyard and immediately hired TNT to take care of my yard. I ended up with weeds galore and getting the team to eradicate them was like pulling teeth. I have bald spots where all the weeds used to be. Every now and then you’ll get a good technician but most of them are rude and lazy. I honestly think I should receive a refund at this point.

We have TNT Pest Control Service for about seven years and it is awesome. We are really happy with the service, we have had no roaches or other insects inside or outside the house. The company really knows what they are doing. The technicians are very professional and knowledeable. Thanks TNT and Luis.

Virgil is always quick to respond to a text massage, day or night. Always responsive to my issues and personally comes or sends a technician within days. Thumbs up to Forest also. Good kid who seems to give good service and good advice.

Virgil and TNT do a great job keeping our lawn looking its best. If I see a problem I call and they send someone to inspect. Tech Jordan is a keeper. Recommended!

Before using TNT, I had 4 different recognizable name companies servicing my lawn over a dozen years. I was one of the few in the neighborhood paying to have my lawn treated, and still had the worst lawn in the neighborhood.

I have used TNT for 3 years now. It has not only been the best experience with customer service (Thanks Virgil, David and Kevin), but my lawn is the best it has looked since I moved in 15 years ago. Thick grass with no weeds and no fungus. I finally feel like I'm getting my money's worth.

A couple years ago my neighbor was using TNT. I got Jordan to come over and talk with me about my yard (that was in great shape). I’m always working in the yard, but wanted some relief. Jordan has kept my yard in great shape and addresses any concern I have!!

Top Notch Turf and Pest is recommended by me. Jordan has been treating my yard for two plus years and he has been spot on with controlling the pests in my yard as well as the weeds. Jordan has been a regular fixture for my yard. I would recommend Jordan and Top Notch Turf and Pest should be the call you if you're having issues with your lawn. My yard has never looked better.
