Bill and Anthony came today right on time. They were very professional in how they handled their business and did a great job on the task at hand. I highly recommend them for your junk removal needs. If you have time, strike up a conversation with them too, you won't be disappointed.

Snap Junk Removal is great. They just came and hauled off a load of stuff for us and it was an easy, positive experience. Great communication, friendly and got it done quickly. We’ll definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them. Thanks, guys!

The plants are great. We always buy our Christmas trees here; however, I have to agree with the other reviewer who stated that the knowledge of the employees is far less than vast. I asked one leaning employee where a specific plant was and she told me to ask "one of the other girls". Despite the sheer volume of leaning employees, I carted my own plants (there were a lot), stood in line for quite a while until a gentleman asked if he could help me. I told him I would like to pay for my plants. He hollered for another leaning girl who needed assistance from yet another leaning girl to run the register. If it weren't for the quality and pricing, I'd go elsewhere. Houston Garden Certers clearly puts more effort into the quality of their plants than into the quality of their employees. So, if you know what you want and can handle the larger plants yourself, shop here for a good deal and great quality. If customer service and knowledge are what you are searching for, go elsewhere and spend a little extra.

Excellent plant selection.
Had issues with Garden center not accepting coupons from my phone.
Don't offer coupons if you are not going to honor them.
Have issue with not giving a Military🎖️/ Veteran discount. -
Staff very busy with Christmas tree sales so not readily available to help customers wanting other items. Friendly, efficient checkout. Low inventory because of time of year but 70 percent off of what they had in stock.

This location sucks...NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH and you cannot get assistance on prices, where something is or anything else. The prices are outrageous and the help is rude.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS -
I went here to buy a lime tree. They had them, at a good price, and their large plastic pits we're on sale as well. All I had to do was but them and haul them to the car - by hand, as they had not one cart of any kind available. Hence, only four stars.

While they have an ok selection, the fact that they never answer their phones or have a decent enough website to know what their pricing is, is enough for me to spend my money elsewhere. They have a no return policy and their staff, on site, is clueless. Not trying to be mean, just stating facts. There are at least 4 other nurseries within a few miles that are at least responsive to customers. Too bad for HGC because I need to spend money for a lawn and had they answered they may have had a sale.

I'm not sure if I had unrealistic expectations, but this was my first time buying plants for a garden in my front yard. I asked the staff if they could help me find perennial plants, they told me they were all over and walked off. It wasn't a very pleasant first experience and unfortunately, I waited until the last minute to go otherwise, I would have left and spent my money elsewhere. I won't be going back.

The customer service sucked. The guys here had no idea what I was talking about. Please hire someone who speaks English and has a good attitude

Poor customer service!! They are not there to help you in anyway they just want to stand at the counter and take your money. I went in there planning on buying quite a bit of merchandise and left with nothing because they acted like I was a bother. All they seem to be able to do is point to a random area instead of trying to help you find what you’re looking for. That’ll be my last time in that store. Obviously they don’t want my business.

We got a beautiful tree and had pretty good service as we picked out our Christmas Tree. I didn’t even mind the price of the tree - we do live in Texas after all. But I was very surprised by the trimming fee. Really? Too spend 5 mi ties and cut the end off a tree? That is when things went sour. For the price I paid for the tree, you would think they wouldn’t nickel and dime their customers with silly add ones.

I was at Houston Garden Center in Tomball by HWY 249, I spoke to a staff explaining that I needed soil for veggie potting. She recommended a garden soil and I purchased it. I realized after I arrive home that garden soil was not recommended for veggie planting pot. I returned the garden soil to the store and was told that ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGE, NO RETURN as stated on the receipt. I was informed that the staffs are not experts and that the store is CASH and CARRY. I do not understand why the staff is making recommendation when they are clueless about the items at the store. There is no sign anywhere that all sales are final until after you read your sale receipt. I will never patronize the store again. They are deceptive and are solely $$$ focus.

Have been to Houston Garden Center about 7 times over the last 4 years, mainly out of convenience. Every time I am left with the same feeling that this place is just a terrible business. Mainly because of the staff, been to probably 5 different stores and the staff at each shows very little interest on the customers. Their priority is being on their phones and/or talking among themselves. Ask them a question and they have no knowledge or make it pretty obvious that you are interrupting their day. It's my fault for continuing to go there, going forward will drive the extra distance to avoid them.

We were Christmas tree shopping and had visited 2 other big box stores. Their selection at the other places were HORRIBLE.
We got to Garden Center and were immeadiately greeted by Chell WHO IS AMAZING! She was incredible and funny. She gave us everything customer service could be!
The prices were FANTASTIC and the gentlemen who helped carry our tree, cut it, make a stand and load it for us were fast efficient and kind! This place was an absolute treat! Thank you! -
Good selection but prices are never clearly marked or not clearly marked. You only find out when you get to the register that the price was different that what is listed where the plants were located. All to common of a problem.
-
Absolutely love this place for all my gardening needs. They always have the best selection of anything and everything. Only thing to keep in mind is they do not inform the public in advance about their 70% off sales which are great deals. You just have to drive by or wait for a commercial before you spend an arm and a leg on plants and things.

They have a wide variety of healthy plants to choose from. My wife and I have a rose bush and a tree that have lasted us longer than other plants we have purchased. They are also much cheaper than going to other nurseries.
-
This is a great place for variety! We tried starting our vegetable from Lowe's/Home Depot but quickly found their lack of variety to be disappointing. We tried here to see if we could find some other veggies... And found a lot of different varieties and some interesting plants. We also ended up buying some flowers as well and all of it was cheaper than at either Home Depot or Lowe's. There are some plants that are the same price, but I'd venture to say most are the same or less price. We'll definitely go back and see what veggies there are at different times of the year.
-
Horrible. Literally no customer service whatsoever. Employees were just standing around doing nothing and there were several plants knocked over throughout the store. No one can pick them up because they're too busy standing around doing nothing. You can't ask a question about anything because they act like they can't understand what you are saying. No English speaking here. I won't go back here again.

Great selection and prices. Would recommend checking out. Would have liked the staff to be more willing to help with showing where things are or explain care and other suggestions. Instead it oh ya it's over there (points). Especially to those of us who know zero about plants.
