Such a great company! Easy to work with and always do a great job. And they have great specials! Office staff is so friendly and always calls to remind me to schedule!

Charged me too much for what very little was done. Tech walked around for maybe 10-15 minutes hand-sprinkling something on the grass and beds. Supposedly treated some azaleas with about a half handful of something for all 4 bushes. Said he was coming back in 7 days to check up on it, he didn't. He ruined a brand new hose by screwing a sprinkler on it so hard it can never be removed.

The home we moved into had a German Roach problem that we struggled with.

After a supervisor came out he was able to tell us about the treatment to get ride of them. And they have not come back.

Absolutely 5 star service. From customer service to the quality control, Campbell's is second to none. If you want premium service at a great price do yourself a favor and give them a ring.

Don't use this company! They have sprayed our home multiple times and it has done nothing. Now we're out of warranty apparently and they want more money. Don't say your spray is 100% effective when it's not. We will not be giving this company any more of our business.

Be aware of the auto renewal without a notice. I always forgot about scheduling quarterly treatment and I was never reminded by the company. When the technician came recently without scheduling beforehand I was surprised that I was taken good care of my treatment schedule this quarter, which turned out that they started a new year contract without scheduling notice and came directly for the treatment.

The only word that can describe this company is WONDERFUL! I've been using campbells pest controll for about a year and half and Ive been impressed every single time. I love the professionalism of each member of their staff. Nicholette has one of the best personalities out there. She just so kind and her customer skills will make you call them to schedule again and again. She make sure that you are scheduled for your appointment that meets your schedule and I love the post cards I get telling me it time to schedule. Derrick comes to spray the house and I like the fact it the same person everytime, gives you a. chance to know the person rather than just an indidual who comes every three months. Derrick make sure that I have no bugs anywhere in the house or backyard. He show up on time and always always take care of the house. I'm so thankful that I found this company! Best best descision out there! Thank you!! :)

Tim Akins has been coming to provide pest control service at our lake home for two years. We are so pleased with this service; effectively keeps pest away. The plus is that Tim is punctual, efficient, professional and such a nice guy. Thank you Campbell’s services.

It's very hard to earn a 5 Star rating from me let alone rating 5 Stars just after the service call, but Tim Akins our technician, was nothing short of outstanding!! Thought this place was great at first; techs were friendly and seemed knowledgeable, but after 3 treatments in 6 weeks I still have ants & cockroaches. Third tech came when it was pouring down rain & told me to call back in when it was dry & he'd return to finish the job outside, but the office told me they won't schedule unless I pay another $150. So 6 weeks later and I'm starting over with another company. :(

I have been using Campbell's Pest Control for about 20 years now. I would not use anyone else. They are very professional and friendly people to deal with, which is definitely a plus for me! You can always depend on them. When my mother moved to town, I recommended them to her, and she also would not use anyone else. I would highly recommend using Campbell's!
