The team provided excellent, professional service through the whole pool installation and startup process. douglas was great during pool school and made it easy for us to learn basic pool care, water chemistry, equipment use, and safe swimming practices so we could enjoy our new pool with confidence. As first-time pool owners, we had a lot to learn about the filter, pump, and regular maintenance, and the guidance really helped. Later, douglas went above and beyond when we ran into trouble while trying to clean the pump filter for the first time. he came over, explained everything in simple terms, showed us the right steps, and helped us get the system back in good shape. he was friendly, informative, and very helpful, and his support made pool ownership much less stressful. we really appreciate the excellent customer care and ongoing help with our pool service needs.

Best pool cleaners around—be sure to call for an estimate. Douglas has always been very helpful and knowledgeable with our pool and spa service. He keeps everything clean, balanced, and running smoothly, and always makes sure his customers are happy, especially during the hot weather when the pool gets a lot of use.

Before leaving my review, I have to say that after leaving this review, the company owner will come on to respond with several lies and unprofessionalism. I know this because it was done when I left the initial review on the platform hired.

I thought this would be a good service to use based on prior reviews. Initial consultation was nice and I scheduled the cleaning. After paying close to 500 dollars, our floors were left a wet mess and grout missing in several areas. Spoke to the owner who admitted the technician(who is also his nephew) failed to use the fans required for drying the floors. He began cursing and yelling but he said it was directed at his nephew and not us. Nevertheless, it was unprofessional. He did seem to be in a rush to get out of here and we didnt know he was supposed to use fans.

After the floor dried, we noticed grout in many areas missing and we reported it to the owner along with photos. The owner apologized, told us the mistakes made by the technician and said he would fix it. Waited days only to be given the runaround. After several days and no resolution, I offered to find a grout repair company of my own and the owner could reimburse the fee. Owner agreed. Found a reliable contractor to repair the grout and the owner didnt like the pricing. I told him that I was ok with the price as it had been the least expensive and he said it shouldnt cost more than 40 dollars. The grout is missing in several areas thanks to the negligent tech who did the job so the pricing made sense for the labor plus trip charge. The owner then demanded to come out and supervise the tile & grout repair company which I thought was unnecessary. I told the owner I would submit the invoice and once the job is done to my satisfactory, I would let him know that the issue is resolved and he could reimburse our charges incurred. Well, I never got the reimbursement and no more contact from the owner and its been several weeks since this occured. I delayed my negative review to give them an opportunity to resolve the issue as I dont like leaving bad reviews but since there wont be a resolution, I have no other choice. Will never use this service again and will advise you to search elsewhere too.

I don’t normally do reviews but DD Carpet Care was so good it would be a shame to not mention what great service was provided. Fast response to the point and did not waste my time. Price was good enough that i was happy to have Daniel come out and do the job. Turns out it was the right choice, No remorse at all and I highly recommend this company.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Went out of there way to do closets, help me move furniture and advise me what to do (saved me money instead of up charging)! Highly recommend them to clean floors, rugs and furniture. Gave me a quote that they stuck to!

DB Carpet Care and Daniel were FANTASTIC! Was my first experience with carpet cleaning and they not only were the first responders to my inquiry, DB Carpet Care came in the most affordable and were able to schedule me like the next day within the first couple communication exchanges.
Daniel is very amiable, communicative, prompt and professional. He explained everything, and the whole appointment for my master bedroom and stairs was super quick!! Less time than he quoted.
He is also an animal lover, so he was good with my pets (the culprit of my carpet appt.). He also gave me some extra deodorizer spray that he had leftover so I may spray some more if desired later. My carpet was clean, deoderized -- most importantly dissendected --- and practically dry by the time he left!
He has a great attitude, was quick, efficient, and friendly. His rate came in lower than competitors for my needs and I'd hire them again in a heart beat!

We needed a very deep clean after our Great Pyrenees brought a ton of mud, urine, and other dog hook into the house. Daniel did a great job, didn’t blink an eye at the condition of the carpets, and gave us great advice for the future care of our carpets. I highly recommend him.

Banks Flooring and Restoration is an excellent company. They responded to our project on short notice and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them on other projects.

DB Carpet Care provided sparkling service, personality, furniture, and floors. Daniel was able to eradicate the dog funk outta my floors and furniture without using harsh chemicals that would harm the naughty fur babies who caused the stains. Thanks for making my house feel like new for a great price! We'll definitely be using their services in the future...my dogs aren't in any hurry to stop their horrible habits... currently ISO dog trainer! Thanks again!!!

Awesome experience! Daniel fit me in last minute and was able to clean our first and second floor carpets for our new home. He even took the time to explain where my AC filters were and how to change them. He showed me how they steam cleaner worked and we chatted while he cleaned which made the time go by fast. Either that or he's just really good at what he does! Would recommend and I'll definitely be calling him in the future.

Erin and Daniel were great to work with. Erin was very patient with me in choosing a new grout color for my floors. Above and beyond service. My floors were done quickly and they made sure everything was clean and perfect before they left. I will definitely use them again.
