Can't say enough about these guys. Obviously, they get my yard cleaned twice a week, and with one 80# and one 160# dog, that's a task in and of itself. But more importantly to ME, their communication is top notch. They let me know when they are coming, if there is an issue. They ask if they can support with other tasks/duties. They are ALWAYS here when they say they will be.

Let's face it - ANYONE can scoop the poop. I had a service before that I left because I couldn't trust them to be there or do the job they said they'd do. They grew large enough they lost their customer service. Doody Bug is Customer Service FIRST. And that's why they are our choice. Thanks, Gents!

The technician was very prompt. Let me know when he was 20 min out. Arrived on time. Did a complete cleaning of the yard. Very efficient. Definitely happy with the service.

He used a long brush and a vacuum to clean out all the gunk in the dryer vent pipes. He fixed an area where the pipe was sagging and holding water. Now all of our laundry comes out smelling great and dry. I don’t have to run the dryer three times to get through one load. If your dryer is having problems, you should definitely give them a call.

The service was very good from start to finish. I liked how they were very careful with my floors while they worked. They did the vent cleaning and showed me all the dust they pulled out. It is a big relief to have a clean home and a safe dryer.
