MasterCleaned surely lives up to the name. I just had them clean all the furniture in my living room and am as pleased with the results this time as I was the first time I used them. Mike is a delightful person on top of doing a great job.

Unbelievable restoration and cleaning of my antique Pakistani carpet. The workmanship on the repairs is excellent. It looks like it did when it was new many years ago. Two corners were ragged and had to be rewoven. The fringe matches perfectly. The colors are now so bright.

I recently had 2 large hand tufted rugs cleaned by the staff at Great American Rug Cleaning Company. They did such a great job on those rugs that I felt very comfortable in allowing them to clean my largest rug. Their staff of skilled professionals is polite, friendly, and very informative. The rug cleaning and protection coating were well done and satisfactory. In fact, the Great American Rug Cleaning Company is the only rug cleaning company I plan to use in the future.

Called this morning and scheduled a large area rug be picked up. Leo and his crew were here when promised and were very professional.

We found the company and its employees to be very polite, professional and easy to communicate with. Our rug was returned looking great within the quoted time frame. Upon delivery we had Leo quote another area rug and decided to let him take that one to be cleaned as well. We appreciate companies that take the time to listen to their potential customers, The Great American Rug Company checked all our boxes.

I have done business with them a couple of times in the past years. They are always a big help. They are knowledgeable about rugs and the returned rugs are always clean, deodorized and handled professionally. They are fair priced and you definitely get what you pay for and they do not disappoint. I will continue to use them in the future and recommend everyone else to use them.

Great American Rug Cleaning services were excellent ! Leo and his assistant were very professional and punctual. They communicated via text message with estimated time of arrival both when they picked up my rugs and when they delivered. Outstanding Personable and Professional Reception, when Calling Great American Rug Cleaning Company. Pickup/Delivery/Reinstallation by Leo and his Partner were also Outstanding, Personable and Professional. They went Above and Beyond in Customer Service and Support. Leo also provided care and rug condition guidance. As a results, we purchased a Pad for the floor for this Oriental Wool rug which was having its first Cleaning in 15-years.

This was our 3rd Rug Cleaning experience in with Great American Rug Cleaning Company.

We were new to the area and decided to get our carpets cleaned and the old fringe removed and had them bound. Renee was great, service was quicker than I expected, And I am super pleased with the results

Picked up my antique rug and cleaned and brought it back two weeks later. Suggested a rug pad to keep it in place. It looks so much cleaner and colors look brighter. A great staff that is knowledgeable about expensive Pakistani rugs and very dependable.

Easy to work with. Friendly. Had a large hand woven rug get "ruined" when an ac leaked on it for several days. Heavy mildew smell. Tried to use the bissell home vac on it with very little improvement. Took it to GARC. Because it had the mildew smell, it was more expensive to clean. Cost about $350 to clean which seems high, but you get what you pay for. They forecast 4-6 weeks and it was done much faster. The rug looks great. Not even a hint of the old smell. Even a stain nobody could get out was reduced a lot. Still visible, but much smaller. Not sure if it's ink or something melted some fibers or maybe someone else melted fibers trying to clean it, but even that spot is reduced in size to about a quarter. It's a green spot on a red and crème rug so it's still noticeable, but smaller.

Rug looks amazing!! AND Leo and his co-worker picked up my large, heavy area rug with extreme care! And delivered the clean rug back to me and placed it back with perfect precision!!!
