I feel so fortunate to have found this company. Everyone was delightful to work with. From the intake to the delivery everyone was professional, engaging and patient. My rug looks wonderful. I highly recommend them for any rug cleaning needs.

I had them clean a wool blend rug for me. At the end I was not satisfied with the result. The rug was handwoven and light colored with cream and light blue/teal designs. The rug was vaccumed very thoroughly. The fringe of the rug was bright white so I guess this part of the rug was cleaned. The rest of the rug had a yellow hue and darker shadows. I don't know if the rug was washed with darker colored rugs that bled into mine or not rinsed off adequately. The final result was disappointing for me and made the rug unusable. Pictures show both sides of the rug for color comparison.

We had Great American Rug Cleaning pickup, clean, and deliver (3) oriental rugs. The delivery drivers were very polite, professional, and did a very good job helping us move and position a dinette table over the cleaned 9 ft. diameter round rug. The rugs all look in new condition. We are most pleased with the work done by Great American Rug Cleaning and would recommend them without hesitation.

Great American Rug Company cleaned, deodorized and scotch guarded three of my area rugs. They now look brand new even though they are 32 years old. They also suggested I buy a pad for the foyer rug to keep it from slipping around and it works. I will definitely use them again.

Leo and his assistant did a great job placing our rugs upon delivery. They notified us of delivery time, carefully placed the rugs and positioned them where we wanted. The new rug pad from Great American Rug Cleaning Company is thick and plush. The rug feels plush. The rugs came back clean, fresh, pet stains completely gone! We are repeat customers and highly recommend TheGreat American Rug Cleaning Company. Our rugs were delivered one week early also!

We are very pleased with the results of the rug cleaning. The pickup and delivery guys were top notch. They were very informative and polite.

This is the third time I have used Great American Rug Co. They did a great job of cleaning my wool area rug. It's red and looks even brighter when they finish. It's getting older and actually had two areas that had become threadbare. They repaired one and did a good job. I also purchased a new rug pad that is more comfortable to walk on! I love to support a local business, and certainly one that does great work! They also finished it sooner than expected! I will definitely use them again!
