I called and Edith told me the guys will be in my area tomorrow and they can give me a quote. Never heard from any one so I called again the next day and told her I never received a quote. She said that she would check with them and get back with me but never heard back from her either. Poor customer service and would not recommend.

I called to have a lawn service done, 3 times they told me they would call me back. Then finally they gave me another number to call the crewman, he answered the phone, asked for my address, and then said he would come next day at 5pm to do service...I waited and waited..nobody showed up and I tried calling and never got a call back!

Edit after three years!! So after 3 years the owner decides to come on and tell all his bad reviews that we are all mistaken his company....absolute garbage, every review says same thing...that they don't show up and just ghost you. Terrible company and unreliable.

I love my new Vego garden beds. I can’t wait to get my garden started. Customer service is wonderful and my items arrived in perfect condition! Since these have arrived I’ve made three more purchases from Vego the quality is fantastic! Assembly was easy peasy.

No fault of Vego, but our raised bed arrived with corners bent from delivery. We were able to easily fix the corner pieces and put it together properly. It looks wonderful even though we have a foot of snow.

I love Vego garden beds! I have purchased 6 beds of various styles and a large trellis over the past few years as I replace my rotting wood raised beds.

Vego garden beds are easy to assemble and after 5 years still look brand new.

My only reservation is that if there is a problem it can take multiple emails and phone calls and several weeks to have it resolved. I have always been pleased with the final result, but it can require patience and persistence to get there.

we are very happy with our raised bed garden on wheels - the 2x6 model in the olive green. The fit and finish is excellent. The packaging was spot on with the correct number of nuts and bolts, etc., to put everything together. I believe what I appreciate the most of this garden is that it is moveable. We live in a community that is goverened by HOA rules. Lots of do's and don'ts. Our screened in lanai (we live in central Florida) is "our" space - the bed can be moved around inside the enclosed area to where ever I want it. I can move it to follow the sun or move it away from the hot sun - what ever!
We grew garlic back in Pennsylvania and I really wanted to try to dol that here in Florida. So...I bought garlic in New York and Wisconsin and had it shipped. I've planted 81 cloves 15 days ago (as I'm writing this) and 41 sprouts haave popped through the raised bed soil. We are enjoying our gardening once again!

I LOVE my Vego watering system! It runs from the faucet to the first 2x4 elevated planter over to Shepards Hook with the hanging plant, then on to the other standing planter. It’s on a timer an runs for 3 minutes every morning. As you can see my plants look good!

I kicked around about a half dozen of the new fad hose reels for quite some time. I decided on Vego and am very happy with it. I mounted it on a 4 x 4 post and works great. Threw my old hose in the trash.

Love this product. It's very easy to put together. It arrived on time and I'm on my second one so I'm very pleased and would and have recommended it.

Planted early summer, but it was an extremely hot summer in Kansas City. Only 1 out of 4 Nova Zembla Rhododendrons survived the heat. The one that's still standing is beautiful, green, full and only slightly burned. I talked with a representative and they told me I'll be fine if the roots took. My fingers are crossed that the roots have taken and they all bloom in 2026.

We have three 2 x 8 ft. VEGO elevated beds that are an excellent fit for our greenhouse. Easy to build and very sturdy. Make sure you use container fill for them so you can maximize their potential. My only nit-pick about them is that they are made in China rather than the USA. The quality is as good or better than other USA made products so not a huge concern. Enjoy.

My vehicle bed was delivered in a smaller box than expected, which was great! It was packed in eco-friendly and attractive materials. The only thing that was not compostable or recyclable (at least where I live) is the plastic coverings on the panels for preventing scratches in-transit.the bed was easy to put together and excellent quality. I am loving my new veggie bed!

I received this item too late in the gardening season so I haven’t even assembled my new raised bed yet. I currently have three 17” raised beds, two 9 in 1 and one 10 in 1 and I really like the craftsmanship and ease of assembly with these beds. I know what to expect when the gardening bug arrives in a few months and decide to assemble this new raised bed and add it to my garden. Come on spring!

The sage green color is absolutely gorgeous in person, also it was pretty easy for hubby to install!

I purchased a cover and irrigation system for my Vego raised bed, only to learn (after my second call to Customer Service) that the two cannot be used together. I then bought the misting system instead. Unfortunately, after only a few days of use, the misters rusted, permanently stained my cover, and negatively affected the health of my vegetables. I contacted Customer Service by phone for advice and was asked to send an email with photos. I was told I would receive a response within 24–48 hours. It has now been over a month, and I have received no reply. This has been a very disappointing experience—not only due to the product issue, but also because of the lack of follow-up and support. I am glad I tested one small bed, cover, and watering system before investing in a full garden setup, but I had expected much better quality and service from Vego.
