Ordered 2 Vego beds. Delivery was smooth, assembly was straightforward. They look nice and good quality (note that the edges of the panels do scratch the paint off if they rub during assembly). I've started filling them with logs etc, will top off with dirt in the spring and see how they hold up!

Easy to order, and shipping was very prompt, including Vego's doublechecking that I already had the correct sized garden bed to fit the cover I had just ordered. The frame was very easy and quick to assemble. The frost cover is now in place, and we will soon see whether our lettuce can survive the cold weather under it! We already have 8 Vego raised beds, most with magnetic solar lights and 2 with Vego trellises. Now this one bed is set up for colder weather. All the products are excellent; it is a pleasure to deal with this company!

I love this trellis for its size. Height is perfect and I added into an area with an existing box. Not a Vego planting box. I added rebar to the legs for installation. Seems very sturdy for my gourd vine!

Customer service is non existent. Ups told me to contact the shipper for issues regarding order. Vego said to wait another 10 days "and we'll see what we can do at that point" customer service agents laughing in the background during the conversation. I am beyond disappointed in their customer service. The company is happy to have your money given to them- granted we I ordered scratch and dent boxes- but they should as stated when we ordered contain all of the parts to put containers together. I spent 2+ hours on the phone one week to get the correct parts needed sent to us. Now a week after delivery should have came in told to wait another week to see if ups can find the order so we can put the beds together.
Plastic film is very hard to remove from both sides of the metal pieces.
If you order scratch and dent be prepared for the siding material to not match each other as well. So if you want a nice looking garden it will be a hit and miss.
Again customer service is horrid- no supervisor or manager ever available- you can listen to people laughing or kids crying in the background while on the phone.

Amazing product. Wish it would’ve come with more support bars. We put two units together to make a 15’ long bed. Alternated supports and it worked great, but I would’ve liked more.

2 Stars – Great product, disappointing support policy

I purchased a Vego Garden rolling planter secondhand. The planter itself is well built and clearly designed to last — which is exactly why these products end up being resold and reused. However, the water gauge was missing, so I reached out simply to purchase a replacement.

Not request a warranty claim. Not ask for anything free. Just to buy the part.

I was told they do not sell the water gauges individually as standalone items. Even after explaining I was willing to pay, there was no option to purchase one without an original order number.

For a company that markets its products as durable and long-lasting (and prices them at a premium), it’s disappointing that small replacement components aren’t available for purchase. Products built to last should reasonably expect a secondhand market — and policies should support sustainability, not discourage it.

The planter itself seems high quality. But the inability to purchase a simple replacement part makes me hesitant to ever buy new from them.

The Vego Garden Green House Cover is an amazing addition to my Vego Garden raised bed! It arrived quickly and literally just before the first and rather unexpected frost. My plants were saved! The Green House Cover provides protection from frost, furry friends and insects while also providing a humid environment for the plants to thrive. It even has vents on the sides for airflow and tightening devices at the bottom for a secure fit. The large flaps used to access the raised bed are very nicely put together with Velcro to hold them in place while open allowing for maintenance, watering, pollinators, etc. I love it! Thank you Vego Garden!

I am happy with my tall Vego Garden planter. The shipping was quick, and I had to wait for snow to melt before assembling. Give yourself plenty of time to lay everything out and read the directions first. The directions are clear. Remember to partially pull the plastic coating before you begin assembly, because I did not and had to reverse my steps. I bought the tall bed. There are a LOT of little bolts, which gives strength and looks nice when complete. I am pleased that they give you a few extra, as I was assembling on muddy ground and if I dropped one it would get lost. I suggest putting a piece of cardboard under your workspace to catch the little buggers if they get dropped. The metal is thicker than competitors, which creates a nice sturdy bed. This is the second I have purchased, and because the bed is so deep, I filled the bottom with a layer of rotting logs and branches, then straw and then 12" of good soil. I love my Vego beds and will purchase more.

I ordered two beds and an arched trellis. One component required in step one of the arched trellis was missing. I called customer service (on a Friday afternoon!) and was told it would be addressed by customer service within 48 hours. Imagine my pleasant surprise when the missing component was delivered Sunday afternoon.

What great service!

I have assembled and situated the beds and most of the trellis and already planted them. Now I can take my time getting the stone path situated and the ground covers planted.

I saw the raised garden beds on @growinginthegarden and was so impressed I got one for each of my kids families. They llove them and how they look. I highly recommend.

Excellent quality, easy to install and well labelled/tagged. Got delivered in 5 days, which is amazing! Exactly as described in the pics and though I am yet to fill it (pics for that I will add later), it’s looking good. Very happy with the product and great value.

I love the shelves! They were super easy to put together. Also pictured is the herb garden and another product, I can't remember the name of. The lights are great my seeds sprouted so quickly. 100% recommend!

Outstanding delivery. Everything about the composter is solid and designed with usability and endurance. The gauge of steel and powder coating are as good as any offering on the market or thicker.

The 32 in garden is great. Perfect height so I don’t have to bend my back over.
The garden beds last year grew an abundance of food To share with everyone.
Now I have moved and I bought 6 mires. 4 regular 32inch size and 2-4inch ones to make a tea garden and an herb garden as well.

We started our raised planter bed journey a few months ago. After going back and forth my my husband saying he was going to build planter boxes for me and then he found some on market place and the deal fell through. We watched a ton of YouTube videos and made the decision to go with Vego. I wanted the 17in tall bed and he wanted the 26in so I bought the 26 to keep the peace (I am actually happy we went with the 26in. my back will say thank you.) Everything was smooth and easy when I made the purchase. I tracked the shipment and everything arrived like Vego said it would. One box was damaged and I emailed customer service and I was SHOCKED at how quickly they responded and made it right. Even after I let them know that my husband was able to bend the damaged corner back into place and it wasn't noticeable when the beds were built. Over all this purchase was easy and uncomplicated and instead of waiting another 3 years for my husband to find time to build raised beds for me they are done and sitting outside waiting for him to run drip to each box, fill them with dirt and get to growing. It will happen in due time!

Frank is very easy to work with, very responsive and respectful. Able to do custom landscaping and general clean up for 2 acre property. Would recommend.

I have been a customer for 20+ years. Frank and his employees provide exceptional customer service and excellent lawn care and landscaping. They are very dependable and work hard to make sure their customers are satisfied.

Tried contacting this landscaping company, but their website isn’t working. They were at the top of my search but was not able to hire them.

Called no call back. Went elsewhere

Michael does great work. Will use him in the future.
