Best AC company in town, they have the highest quality technicians and service they may work Monday through Friday but they will come service on on weekends in an emergency. Can't say enough about them there might go to AC company
for life.

The unforgiving brutal summer of 2003, my home A/C unit decided to give out on my house, went a whole weekend without A/C my wife did all the research on this company with its, 5 star reviews and gave them a chance.. and we did not regret our decision.. Prompt service and very fair prices. I had to replace an entire unit; I was back up and cooling off in 48 hours, from initial service call, diagnosis, remove old unit and install new one. Great financing options too.

The tech showed up an hour late and changed the $30 dollar contactor in 10 minutes and charged $330 dollars!!!!! I definitely felt like it was highway robbery!

Highly recommended company! Tom's Quality Comfort Air & Heat has replaced both of my HVAC systems over the past few years. A thorough bid review process found them to be the most competitive, with the best warranty's (a consideration I just learned was quite important). This week the 5 year old 3rd floor unit quit cooling. Not good for the bedroom floor during the quarantine... I called Tom's - Jordan was here the NEXT morning. He checked both systems, and found a bad blower motor on the 3 ton system. To my surprise (and incredible delight), the parts were covered under their generous warranty, and we are now cool for less than $200 of Labor - rather than thousands on a new system. Only $200 for several hours of work ! Jordan was fantastic - polite, patient in explaining needed work, and most importantly - honest. We all know how contractors can lie or up-sell unneeded repairs - not these guys - just honest, quality service. It is truly a pleasure to find that kind of Integrity.

We've been using Tom's for nearly a decade they have serviced 2 homes for us and a rental home as well. They are reliable and knowledgeable and reasonably priced. And they show-up on time !!! I have an older house (1982) with 2 legacy air and heat systems. One of my systems went on the fritz and I called Tom's Quality Comfort for a service call. The responded the same day and came out to my house. The failed system was beyond repair (startup capacitor leaking, rusted components, heat exchange leaking harmful carbon monoxide into my ducts, etc...) and Tom gave me a real good price on a complete 16 sear high efficiency system. I agreed and his crew arrived the next day ready to perform the replacement. His crew protected my flooring with runners and shoe protectors and got right to work. The complete system was replaced and I was up and running again several hours later. Since then, I have definitely noticed the decrease in my electric bill. Great job Tom's! I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring A/C or heating systems work.

Tom's QC has been taking care of my AC systems for about 4 years and I can't recommend them more highly. They are prompt, tidy, reasonably priced and just nice to do business with. They recently replaced a compressor at no cost even though warranty had expired several months earlier. That saved me over $1000.

I used Tom's Quality Comfort for the first time this past week based on a recommendation from a neighbor. I was impressed to the tenth degree. My technician, Scott, showed up with a great attitude and ready to work. My problem was not as bad as I anticipated it to be. Yet, Scott treated me as if I was his only customer for the day and gave me pointers along the way. I was amazed at the level of service Tom's offers. They were also very fair and reasonable in their pricing. I'll refer them to neighbors and will use them for all of my future HVAC needs. Thanks Tom's team for such an incredible experience!

We have been customers of Tom’s Quality Comfort Air & Heat for almost 10 years. During that time, we have come to appreciate the professional, experienced, and excellent work that this company provides. They have been there for us each time we got into AC or heating trouble. Over the years Scott and Jordan have come to our home and diagnosed and fixed problems ~~ often as quick as they could be available (very inconvenient for them at times). They diagnosis problems correctly, they solve problems, and they take professional care in their work. And … they do this with genuine friendliness that makes every situation so much easier to navigate & resolve. Most recently we had an 8-year-old AC compressor fail. When the manufacturer refused to honor the warranty, Tom’s stepped in and did honor the warranty at their own expense. They replaced the old compressor with a new condensing unit (10-year warranty) and we only paid for labor and freon. Everything was handled with care and speed by Jordan & Eric (a huge help since we were in high summer temps). We hope all the folks at Tom’s are blessed, as they have blessed us over the years!

Tom’s installed a new system in our home about four years ago. We have had some issues with damper motors. Tom’s has been extremely responsive in fixing the problems and stand behind their work. I highly recommend them if you need a new system or repairs.
