Gave me a time for arrival. When the end of that window drew near I had to call to get an update. Was told they were finishing up and would be there in 45 minutes. 2.5 hours later I called and, asked what was going on. Seemed irritated and said they would be there in 45 minutes. Never showed up or called.

I get it if you have a rough day but communication is important.

We have called on Solution Plumbing twice now and have been more than pleased on both occasions. Our service provider Joey arrived the same day we placed our call for water leaking from a hot water heater. He quickly assessed what was wrong. He offered options including the costs and expected longevity of our choices. His work was thorough, explained fully to us and the price was very reasonable. We will continue to rely on Solution Plumbing for any plumbing issue in the future.

Outstanding, excellent service! Joey and Alexi are very trustworthy! There are many companies out there today that will rip you off. Not Solution Plumbing! As a Senior, I can assure you, they will give you a reasonable price and their workmanship excellent! A great Company!

My experience & review is sadly very similar to the one posted three weeks ago. We logged the job yesterday (7/19) & the receptionist said the plumber would be out between 3:00 & 3:30. Nobody showed up. Called just after 4pm to ask for an update. Told that a big emergency job had come up after we had initially called & he was stuck on that & they'd call us back by 5pm to tell us what was going to happen. We didn't receive a call & when I called them at 5:30 it went straight through to voicemail. No further communication was received after that.

This is obviously a rough time for the proprietors but as the last reviewer said, communication is the key. If someone had called us yesterday to say that he couldn't make it that evening we would have understood completely & rescheduled for today if possible. Unfortunately we had to go with another service.
