Had a pipe break in bathroom wall at 11:00 at night . He came right out and he fixed it within the hour. Very family oriented. Great customer service. Won't be calling anyone else from now on. Prices are reasonable. Very happy customer!!!!!!

Awesome service by Joey Livingston with Solution Plumbing. Pulled out a hunk of tree roots about 8 feet long. He also helped fix many problems created by a really bad contractor...Billy Hines.

We developed a clogged drain at 6pm on a Monday night. Joey was there within 30 minutes, and got the drain fixed . He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing.

1. The “master plumber” took 6 hours to fix multiple leaks - especially the one that he had to go back to three times. I was two hours late for a family function but oh well.
2. I requested PEX piping to be used and he refused to do so saying that it would decrease the value of my home. He said multiple times that copper was the way to go and that is why he installed commercial copper?! Probably to keep the cost of his services higher.
3. The “master plumber” added that PEX and Sharkbite fittings were for DIYers and real plumbers don’t use them. I explained that all new homes use it and he said it wasn’t the way to go. I disagreed but because I didn’t have running water for two weeks, I went ahead with it.
4. Found the “master plumber” to be slightly condescending. Maybe because he is a “master plumber”.

Joey was referred by a good friend. He called me back Thursday evening. He was at my house by 8:30 Friday morning. He changed out my water heater and fixed two outside faucets . Professional ,very courteous.pri ces are fair. I highly reccomend him.

Joey beat other plumbers prices by a country mile, showed up ready to work and got the job done in a timely manner. Will not hesitate to call him again for any plumbing issue! Give this gentleman a try, you won't go wrong

Joey responded to an emergency call at my in-laws house. He cleared a clog in the upstairs toilet and reset the toilet. Approximately one week later the toilet started leaking. I contacted him and we made arrangements to see what the issue was. It turned out to be a bad repair that was done previously. We figured out the issue and he reset the toilet with a new wax ring at no charge. This guy stands behind his work and was very concerned about the failure.

Joey was willing to take a call on Sunday evening on a long weekend to help with with a faulty bathtub faucet that wasn't shutting water. Really appreciate his responsiveness , professionalism and willing to be be available on a short notice.

Solution Plumbing (Joey Livingston) came out on a "Sunday" at no extra cost to us and Joey was awesome. My father's house in Tomball became flooded all over the house with sewage. They came out right way and helped. I recommend you call these guys with all you plumbing needs. They are fair and professional.

Joey took time to discuss the issue and options. He took his time to clear our kitchen drain. His patience and attention to detail are rare traits.

Water line broke Friday night. We called Joey with Solution Plumbing on Saturday and he showed up with in 30 mins. He was very informative and got the job done quickly!

Found water dripping from the ceiling at 11:00 PM. Called and Joey was there very quickly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the leak in the A/C condensation line. He took the time to train me on what to watch for as warning signs in the future - even though it was late. Overall this was a very good experience and I would do business again.

On to the issue. I had a water leak coming from the garage where my washing machine would drain. Solution Plumbing was the third place I called, but after Joe came by to take a look I knew they were the right people to fix my issue, and they did quickly without sacrificing work quality.

We needed a plumber as soon as possible. We was concern it being a holiday weekend, it would be a problem or extremely costly for emergency service. Solution Plumbing excellent! Joey was at our home quick, very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, repaired the water leak in less than a hour and the cost was very reasonable!! I recommend Solution Plumbing.

Made the call at 4:55pm and Joey arrived at my home around 5:20pm which was right before the winter storm weather began. Even though I repeated to him several times I appreciated him coming out as fast as he did I don’t think he realized how much of a lifesaver he was tonight! We were originally recommended by neighbors to go with John Moore but the person who ame out gave us news that we had an outdated system of polly pipes , that we needed to spend thousands on a whole new plumbing system and that no other plumbing company works with what we have... We were heart broken to hear this and i was truly upset (not just because im pregnant but to have bad news about our new home we JUST moved into on June 15th 2024). Hubby and i only knew basics but not on a professional level to be confident in what they were saying was true. So with our guts we googled plumbers and found Solution Plumbing..... Praise God! Alexi & Joey came to our home right on time and were awesome to call before hand to let us know when they were on there way. They were amazing at helpful information that, not only did the plumber guy from John Moore lied (it was not polly it was Pex mixed!!), but we that we also actually have decent pipes for a house built around 2002! With this information they were able to physically fix what needed to be fixed and they also even helped us install a dishwasher! They have amazing Professionalism in knowledge of their field, Personable to help show us everything they were doing and communicating well with us, and they weren't charging us an arm and a leg!!!!! Had a sewage backup problem. Joey, the owner called me to advise me how long before he could be there after he finished the present job he was on. Showed up when promised, listen to my description of my problem and pulled the drain cleaner out of his truck. He had the problem solved in less than 30 minutes.
