They completed a repipe and replacement of our water heater and got the permits and everything. Had such a great experience with the team I called them out for another property of ours and they took care of it on the first call and only charged the service call fee. I have a new dishwasher coming on Saturday and I have them scheduled for Friday to get the items prepped so Best Buy can do the connections. Great company to work with. Office staff is great, the teams they send out are friendly and knowledgeable and get it done fast and right the first time. Can’t recommend enough!

They cleaned out a trap for us at our private property - charged us commercial rates because there is an LLC registered at our address. Tracked mud and made a mess. Charged us an insane amount to snake one drain - then said we should replace 10ft of pipe for $5000 due to risk of tree root damage

You get what you pay for with plumbing. Fair pricing, easy to work with scheduling and technicians. Gave us heads up calls 30 mins out. Did exactly what they said they’d. Dustyn and team were great, very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I called Loyalty Plumbing around noon on a Saturday and Aldo was able to come out within an hour. He was very nice and explained my options. My old water heater needed to be replaced and Loyalty was able to send a crew out the same day to fix me up. Dustyn came out to do the work and he was great also. Very nice man and thorough. He allowed me to check out the work before leaving and let everything clean. I appreciate Loyalty helping us get hot water back and doing it in a timely manner. From the moment I called Loyalty Plumbing to the time the plumber left, everything was seamless. Dalton and Liam arrived right on time, were courteous and explained the problem clearly. Dalton quickly diagnosed the cause of the small leak in my garage and fixed it within an hour. Ron and Ronnie were absolutely amazing! They worked quickly to figure out the problem that I was having with a gas smell coming from my stove. They were kind, professional, and very efficient—I highly recommend them and will definitely call on them again!

Sprinkler pipe burst during the December cold front. Ron had his team come out and cap the line. Team explained what would be the best way to fix the error made by a different installer. We scheduled a day so they could come out and properly repair and make things function correctly.

Ron installed a gas line for our while house generator. He assured us that if we needed him to come back for any adjustments, he would get right back to us to adjust the calibration. We trust Ron 100%. He's been our plumber through 2 freeze events and he is also a dependable plumber for my real estate business. Ron always makes it a point to get me on the schedule right away. Ronnie’s efforts to resolve my plumbing issue was excellent. He took the time to extract a broken valve by drilling it into smaller pieces to extract it without scoring the valve body - saving me the expense of replacing the valve. He was very courteous and respectful of our home. We got some business cards from him to distribute to our neighbors. I would highly recommend calling this father-son plumbing repair company.

Excellent service. We had a tankless water heater installed in our attic. The technicians laid drop cloths up the stairs and completely covered our wood floors before they ever started the work. They drained and removed two 40-gallon tanks in our attic. They worked for hours, bringing in an electrician and roofers to complete the work. After all work was completed, they swept and vacuumed all dirt and debris. First Service is our plumbing company from here on out.

I called in-and-in 30 minutes I had a technician on site repaired my leak within about 30 minutes . The technician's name was Broderick he did an outstanding job. He was very professional.

Ron did an excellent job for us! Upon arrival, he promptly recognized the issue and came up with a great solution. Even though it was awkwardly located, he had no problem replacing the old cracked galvanized pipe.
