We purchased a Generac whole home generator from a 3rd party. The recommended installers from this 3rd party were extremely slow in responding.

Fortunately, I found Daniels Plumbing who are expert in Generac installations. Mike came out to survey my property, he made expert recommendations, then provided me a quote.

The quote was exactly what I expected so we hired Daniels Plumbing for the installation.

The entire staff that worked on our project are highly knowledgeable and thorough. The experience has been very positive from digging the trenches for the gas line, to moving the generator (600+ lbs) into place, and electrical work everything has been flawless. Mike and team communicate effectively and take care of the installation.

I have found Daniels Plumbing to be a trustworthy locally owned and operated family business. I highly recommend Daniels Plumbing for a Generac, or other brand generator, installation and would hire them again!

Vance was able to troubleshoot the issue and give me different solutions to fix. He was polite and professional in explaining everything and was quick with the repair work. Excellent service!!

Daniels Plumbing is one I recommend for fast, friendly professional repairs immediately. We lost hot water at the house and were concerned how we would get things fixed and still pack for a trip. Never worry because the technicians were “Johnny on the Spot” and in short fashion, repairs were done and life resumed without a hitch. I have my own business and customer service is paramount. I’m not easily impressed but here, I was extremely pleased with the overall experience. The business is one you should use for any plumbing repairs.

First time to call Daniels Plumbing. Impressed with prompt response and communication throughout whole process which was about 2.5 days. Felt like they were efficient in their time and didn’t cut corners. Will definitely call again if needed.

Called for an estimate to replace a 17 wear old water heater and water lines to the heater. They sent a plumber (Austin) within 3 hours. After estimating what i needed Austin showed me what was avaliable and a cost of the repairs and replacement of the water heater. He called his office and had the items that I needed delivered . He took extra time to put down a drop cloth from the entry door to the attic stairs. A short time later , quicker than I expected, he showed me the instalation and explained the system and operation. This was a very personal neat and clean job. Thank you Austin for a great job.

Jonathan was the service rep that came out to do the repair. This employee was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing. He also gave me some helpful preventative information about other potential issues that could arise, and how to fix it. Very competent plumber.

Austin and Boon did an excellent job at my house. Fixed a leak from the pipes of the tankless hot water heater and corrected a bad plumbing job, fixed a toilet, and improved the setup for an outdoor water line. Will definitely use this company again.

Arrived at appointed time. They replaced our old tankless water heater in estimated timeframe. Cleaned up when finished, made sure all my questions were answered and I was satisfied with work. I would definitely use them again for my plumbing projects.

I have used Daniel's Plumbing for many years. I appreciate that it is a locally owned small business not a corporate giant with upsells. The owner is an upstanding and honest man. My service tech, Jonathan B, was also 5 stars. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Service was scheduled for same day even though it was not an emergency!

If I could give this estimate a ZERO STARS i would. After a few estimates from different companies, Loyalty Plumbing LLC was twice as expensive for a simple fix job! And in some cases they were 3x more expensive for that same job! I wouldn't advise ANYBODY to call this company for a quick fix that should be know where near the prices they estimated 🤦🏾‍♂️

Had a sink/disposal backup at one of my properties. Raul from Loyalty Plumbing came out and diagnosed the problem. He explained step by step the process and got to work. About twenty minutes later, problem was solved and sink/disposal is working great! Great company! Will definitely use them again!
