I had to call back for a second service to unclog the toilet again. The customer service rep Vance D. came out and provided great service. 💥💥💥

Tech was pleasant enough, but charged me $80 & completely misdiagnosed my issue. Water heater leak. Said tank was bad. Completely missed the water dripping from the water supply connection & the puddle of water on top of the water heater. I mean that seems pretty obvious.

Our daughter’s sink was leaking and we needed to get it repaired quickly since she was coming home from college. Called day before her arrival and set the appointment to repair. To be honest, if I had more time, I would have declined moving forward with the repair after receiving the estimate. Who knew repairing a leaky sink would cost $463.45????

Technician was friendly, appreciated they got to us quickly, but for the love of God…the price was absolutely ridiculous and felt like a shakedown!

Jonathan was prompt on arrival. I particularly appreciated his explanation and his advice in prevention of further trouble. He also checked on the source of dripping water on the side of my house. Could not have expected or received better service!

Cody replaced an outdoor spigot within about 15 minutes. A hose had been stuck on the old one. Daniel’s plumbing called about 10:30-11:00 am and Cody was at my house by noon! Very prompt and excellent service!

This company did our tankless water heater cleaning/flush a while back and showed up on time and knocked it out pretty quickly. We were pleased with that, Which is why I am surprised the next time we needed assistance was such a headache. Scheduled a service appointment last week for Monday morning, they did not show up and called later in the morning to tell us they can't make it and need to reschedule. The staff member on the phone promised me and assured me that they would be here the next day and we would be the "First call" of the day. It's now past 1115am, and I called for an update and they said they might make me the next call in line. Cancelled the appointment since I won't be available in the time frame they gave me. 2 no call no shows 2 days in a row.. a courtesy call that they were going to miss my rescheduled appointment would have been nice but I had to call to get that information myself. There is reason people schedule things in time frames, because that's when they are available. If you aren't going to be available please don't make those assurances.

We had an employee of Daniel’s Plumbing come out to unstop a toilet. He was very polite and had the proper equipment with rubber on it so it didn’t leave any ugly black stripes in our toilet. This is the third time that this toilet has been unstopped and he explained that we may need a harder flushing toilet, which is about $1,100.00. We told him that we will think about it.

HOME GENERATOR
I've lived in Florida for 12 years and Houston area now for 2 years. There are no storms like Houston storms. With all sources predicting a horrible 2024 hurricane season we decided this was the year to get a generator. Thank you to Daniels Plumbing for installing this beautiful unit mid-June. It was perfect timing as Hurricane Beryl resulted in us losing power for three days. The generator kicked on and kept us cool and our food refrigerated. We also had family come and stay as a result of power loss. What a life saver. In 14 years in hurricane alley this is the first time I've ever lost power and I never even felt it.

Tanner and Brice did an amazing job installing the Halo Zero Ultimate water conditioner system in our home. They were professional and personable. I appreciate how they walked me through the process beforehand and ensured I was comfortable with the system before they left.

Victor’s Great Plumbing Service did an excellent job changing out my faucet! He was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. The installation was quick, clean, and done right the first time. I really appreciate the quality of work and the friendly service.
