Although my work isn’t complete yet due to work having to be done outside, Elija was incredibly helpful, thorough and transparent with the work during our plumbing emergency tonight. I’m incredibly thankful and grateful for Loyalty Plumbing LLC for sending Elija out so quickly (all the way from Tomball) and for the first responders discount. Still a long journey ahead but with the service I’ve received thus far I can say I’d recommend Loyalty Plumbing to anyone who needs the job done.

From start to finish, this company was very professional. The initial call on the phone was very good. She clearly understood my problem. Dustin, the plumber that showed up knew exactly what to do, Have the right parts to get the problem solved, And his communication skills were very good. I will use him and Royalty Plumbing again. Job well done

Stop, stop, stop... I know, what most of you are going to say. "John don't you usually rate restaurants and food ?" Which I have to "yes, I do usually". Today was a little different, we need a plumbing company to come out because, of a back up in the kitchen sink. Trust me, I could not clear this clog after hours of trying. *** not bragging but I have above average plumbing skills***. I needed a professional with professional equipment. So, I called Loyalty Plumbing, and spoke to a real live person. (Imagine that) They took my information and gave me an estimated time frame for service. Can you believe the technician/ plumber, Ruben and Steven called me back when they said they would. ( WHAT, they did what they said they would do.) They arrived at the time Steven stated.( This is crazy) The two of them looked over the issue and tried to remedy the immediate situation. They both talk to me about their thought and opinions. It was going to take a high pressure machine. I agreed with them. Ruben called in asking for a pressure machine. When the machine arrived the team from Loyalty Plumbing went to work. Needless to the drain was unclogged with there experience and knowledge. This was not your average hair ball clog. (If you know what I mean) The best part was they went the extra mile to make sure everything was draining properly and I was satisfied. Loyalty Plumbing recorded the clear pipe and showed me that it was clear. They took the time to explained to me what I was looking at on the camera. The price was what I quoted, with no funny business. Just straight forward good sound business practices. This is what I think. You can get anyone to come clear a clog. I just like the person that stands behind there work and shows you what they did and that's Loyalty Plumbing. Here is the deal; call Loyalty Plumbing. Happy we chose this company as they were professional and knowledgeable. They also came out quickly to fix the problem and get our water back on. Even had them look at another minor issue and they were able to fix it same day as well.
Highly recommend going with this company and we will be calling them first if any other issues arise.

We had Oscar come out to give us a quote for a new drain system. He was fast, knowledgeable and very professional. The quote was fair and understandable. Good company.

Derrek was professional and courteous. He helped us make sure we had running water in our house without any problems. The issue was so simple but he still helped us take care of it. The cost was very reasonable and worth it for peace of mind.

My husband and I love Loyalty Plumbing!!! They are dependable, impeccable Professionals, and always top of the line service!! Ricardo Diaz came to finish off the carpentry work. It was after they replaced my washer plumbing fixtures to metal that the builder used cheap plastic! Loyalty is always the best in their quality of work, and even the clean up afterwards! A gas leak was identified at my home and I called Loyalty Plumbing based on reviews I’d seen online. Oscar and his team were incredibly professional and responsive and went so far as to work on a day they were scheduled to be off. They’re not the cheapest guys in town but you definitely get what you pay for with them. I highly recommend.

This was a same-day service call, and from the very beginning, communication was excellent! I spoke with Ella, who clearly explained what was needed and let me know when the plumbers would arrive. Raul and Sergio showed up right on time, just before 5, and were professional, friendly, and upfront about the work required.

After inspecting the issue, they explained that the pipe (located under the center of the house) would need to be accessed by digging. They shared photos and videos of the leak, kept me updated throughout the process, and even gave a heads-up before reopening the main water valve so I could close any faucets.

They provided the price upfront, started as soon as I approved the estimate, and completed the repair efficiently. They also pointed out a few pipes that may need attention in the future. Raul and Sergio were respectful of the property and left everything as it was.

Dalto May with Loyalty Plumbing arrived very promptly at my house to install a bidet. Which I purchased for my newly wedded wife. Dalton appeared very professionally looking and before entering my house he placed shoe covers on his sneakers. Talk about respecting the house. I explained what I needed done. He then quoted me a price. Approximately 20 min later he was done. He also advised me of a loose toilet that my wax ring may need to be replaced and recaulked. He picked all trash asked me if I wanted to keep my old toilet seat cleaned up afterwards received debit pay and went on his way. I highly recommend Dalton for your plumbing needs.

Chris Mejia did an a great job with my plumbing clog issue! My tenants have the restrooms back so I am a Gappy Customer!! The entire staff was professional, attentive, and SUPER NICE throughout the whole process. I was taking classes and testing for my License Exams and they were super patient even though I was a bit under pressure and showed some agitation. Thanks Guys!

Within 30 minutes of my call, their team arrived ready to help. As a family of six, both of our toilets had become completely clogged, which was quickly turning into a stressful situation. Jonathan and Zander showed up promptly, worked with professionalism and honesty, and walked us through every step of the process.

I'm not much of a review guy, but the service I received from this company completely had me stumped and 100% completely dumbfounded, if there is a bad review that you find about this company please discard, it would be a hater or a competitor making a false accusation, I had The misfortune of a broken water main from Street to home, a breakage right in the middle of the path of a sidewalk driveway and a 100-year-old tree, this job required a permit root breaking cement breaking and a sense of urgency due to a 80 plus year old senior citizen who lived in this house, as I scurried to find a company to respond quick enough to turn off water and assess this water breaking dilemma due to cold weather, I was in a hurry to get this fixed but yet I can't be taken advantage of due to high pricing and gouging, I received two estimates to replace this water main, and wanted one more 3rd and final estimate for price comparison, my third and final was larger than my original first two quotes So I immediately denied and sent these young gentlemen along their way, and continued eating lunch with my mother as the doorbell rang only to find the young gentleman knocking on my door with the response of ,sir I have spoken with my manager and we will honor our competitors price and do the job and we can start immediately you can pay half down and finance the remainder, to my surprise, all the same materials all the same permits all the same labor, how can I refuse, it goes without saying that the young men showed up at the work address about 10 minutes early which to me punctuality is half the battle, starting with a good impression, too young very professional young men, quote, executed and assessed the problem in about seven or eight minutes, explaining exactly what was needed to be done and could accommodate within 45 minutes, after signing contract. All other estimates I acquired were going to take anywhere from two to three days for completion due to being on a Saturday afternoon these gentlemen started at 2:00 in the evening and completed before 8:00 that night, completed, executed strategically completed the task of a complete dig up, discard replacement of water line connection refill and line flush, and hospitality, awesome customer service, professional, competitive pricing all in all a stand up and deliver company, I highly recommend loyalty plumbing, they stand by their word, and deliver 800%, this is not a paid advertisement, this is not a review from a employee this is simply a acknowledgment of a US made down south hospitality company, with a do what it takes and a go get them attitude to serve their fellow Americans and a competitive price I am more than pleased to give this review because simply they are worth every penny they ask for, do your due diligence and do your price comparison, they will need it or beat It.

There was great communication throughout, starting with the initial phone call. The techs (Ricardo and Steven) showed up when they said they would and did a great job. In reality any plumber could do the work. But the reason I would call Loyalty Plumbing again is because of their professionalism and values. I really enjoyed the conversations with the techs and how they spoke highly of their leadership. That’s when I knew I wasn’t just talking to a company of workers, I was talking to a faithful family.

Excellent plumbers excellent job. And responded to my service needs very quickly. Very thankful I found loyalty plumbing.
