The Technician (s) arrived promptly and were very courteous. They walked me through the steps they take to evaluate the problem. Then after diagnosing the problem recommended the best solution to correct it. The toilet needed to be replaced. After further examination once toilet was removed they found blockage in pipe. Cleared the line, replaced seal and toilet. Everything went back together and I was happy with their service. I'm a repeat customer and iI would recommend the plumbing company for all plumbing needs.

I contacted loyalty plumbing needing assistance at one of the businesses I manage. Their plumber Elijah was there within 2 hours and got the job done. Thank you! I had a handyman drag up mid project, leaving us with a drippy, non working shower/bath. I called Loyalty Plumbing and someone was there withing 30min. Derrek was fantastic! Fixed the errors from the previous guy and did a great job installing the new trim. Even recaulked everything for us. And the price was VERY reasonable. I expected an emergency call out fee, but nope. Just a standard fee that beat the previous 2 companies I had called out. Thank you Derrek and Loyalty Plumbing!!

I just used Loyalty Plumbing to repair a freeze break in my pool autofill pvb. I called them late last night, they were super responsive and came out first thing this morning. Dustyn kept me updated on his arrival time, and provided overall superior service. He talked me through my options, and made the appropriate repairs in a matter of minutes. Referral work out to our favor, I would have loved to have kept the osmosis water filter system but it was going to continue to cause problems. Service is not cheap but the knowledge and experience is what we were needing.

Whe they arrived the tech was nice and discussed what we needed which was just a quick connect at the meter for a generator not any piping just removing a single fitting convert to a T fitting an add the quick connect . After a few minutes he came back with a nearly $1.200.00 I told him no way that it is worth that much to only change a friend he is not re piping anything he agreed it was high an didn’t set pricing and felt it was maybe 6-700.00 I told him that it was arilll to expensive I told him have a good day I would find another contractor to install it at this point. Felt like he wanted to negotiate it down to closer to the 600.00 I told him no not interested and left the house I felt they already showed their true color jacking the price up to see who would pay and negotiate down like a used car salesperson I ended up hiring another plumber in the area that afternoon and completed it in less than a hour for $350.00 I may be a one off with the jacked up price but sure doesn’t feel that way

I just had Loyalty Plumbing repipe my home inside and out. They replaced all my old copper pipes with new pex. They also replaced my busted sewer system. I could not be happier with the work. These guys are the real deal and masters of their craft. Their worker crew showed up on time everyday and were a joy to work with. My wife and I are all smiles. I had a great experience with Derrek McWhorter from Loyalty Plumbing. He came to my home to provide a quote for a leak in my pool and was very polite and professional. He arrived on time, and I appreciated receiving text notifications ahead of the visit with the scheduled day and exact arrival time. His communication and customer service were excellent from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Loyalty Plumbing and Derrek for their professionalism and reliability.

Hands down, this is one of the best companies we've ever worked with. Their response time, honesty in their quotes, and speed in completing the repair were all well beyond five-star quality. Our tenant is thrilled it's no longer raining inside, and our landlord is even happier that the final bill came in lower than the original quote.
How many companies finish the job, discover a better solution once they open up the wall, and then actually charge less than expected? Their office staff is prompt, clear, and communicative, and other companies could definitely learn a thing or two from the way they operate.

I was looking to replace a failing water valve cartridge ($64 part) in my shower. Two guys, friendly, came out promptly and quoted me either $2,750 to sell me an unsolicited water softener system with free shower cartridge or $450 to replace the little cartridge under my shower handle.

Thanked them and promptly hired someone else who did the job (probably overpriced) for $270.

This is not a serious plumbing company. This is a water softener vendor. Now I’m being asked by email and text for surveys.

My technician Dustyn was awesome! He got in contact with his boss several times and found a way to get the job done. He was extremely respectful and polite even working around all the crazy animals didn't distract him.

Chris was to my house within 2 hours from the time I called. He is very kind and worked and fixed my hot water heater after having to return to town for parts before evening! The loyalty team provided exceptional service and quickly got us up and running again. We had cracks in our underground sewer drain line going to our master bathroom. They had to dig a 15 ft tunnel under our foundation to replace the piping, etc. They did an amazing job on the repairs and did it within 2 days. They were extremely thorough and were very respectful & also wore shoe covers when coming into the house to lift the toilet in master bath for new pipe fitting, flange & seal. They even spread out the extra dirt that was left from the dig around the back yard and made it look nice. John and Raul communicated effectively and with compassion seeing as this was a stressful, unexpected expense. They worked with us to provide the best pricing and payment options. I highly recommend them. They are honest and trust worthy.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Derrek for the excellent job he did repairing our sink leak. From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and clearly explained what was causing the leak, along with the recommended solution and cost before starting any work. I really appreciated his transparency and willingness to answer questions without making me feel rushed.

The repair was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. He left the area clean and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines skill, honesty, and strong customer service, but Derrek definitely does.

I suggested Loyalty Plumbing to my mother for a leak issue, they repaired the leak but failed to communicate with her about the dry wall repair being a separate charge. This information was conveyed after they tore a substantial hole in her wall. I spoke with John C. about this miscommunication and his response was that we could either pay them or get someone else to do the dry wall replacement/repair. I am very displeased with the outcome and will never suggest this company to any of my loved ones or friends...

John was extremely professional and knowledgeable and was able to put my plumbing issues at ease . He definitely has his customers best interest at heart. I hired Loyalty Plumbing in December because my water heater pilot light kept going out. They installed a vent hood at that time. About 70 days later — still within their stated 90-day labor warranty — the exact same pilot-light issue occurred again.

They returned and told me this time the thermopile needed to be replaced. And also quoted a gas control valve. And a new water heater. (I decided to get a second opinion first). After their visit, I received an invoice showing “$75 – $0 due,” which led me to believe this visit was being handled under warranty.

However, I later discovered that my credit card had been charged $75. The invoice includes a signature authorizing the charge that is not mine. I did not sign any authorization and did not approve my card being charged.

I’m disappointed both that the original issue was not fully resolved within the warranty period and that my card was charged without my approval.

I hope they address this quickly and improve their billing and authorization practices going forward.

Mr Derek was a fantastic technician! He's very helpful and explaining every step of the process, and show me in detail the issues that I had with my drainage system. Cannot be happier with his work, he has a great worth ethic and attitude. If this man isn't in a boss man / management role with the company Y'all might take strong consideration in it. The company has a Google guarantee on it's site. They were able to have a technician diagnose the problem. Another crew was able to begin working that afternoon. The repair was more expensive than I would like but the work is excellent. The toilet is secure and we have our bathroom back. It's much better than the last repair. The family running the company is very polite. The repair technicians are also very polite and professional.
