DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY The owner is super rude . They left us high and dry 3 rd time they have rescheduled the service . They do not care we have been without water for 4 weeks . Do yourself a favor don't count on these people .. They do not show up , do not call and we are out of our deposit . Owner very belligerent and rude

They did great work but were clumsy with moving things around. We ended up with dings in the new paint in a couple of places, a gouge in the bathroom wall.

Our kitchen sink was backing up and seemed to be stuck further than our snake could get to, with a call I had the tech Jordan at our house and was fixed up in under an hour, pricing was also extremely fair, I will be using them for all our future plumbing needs.

I've had them do a full house repipe as well as some miscellaneous repair work. EPW is always prompt, reasonably priced, and professional. Highly recommended.

Everyone that we dealt with was very professional. Our unclog job was a little complicated but they worked hard until the job was done and cleaned up well before leaving. I highly recommend EPW Services.

Great service. Pipe starting leaking from the upstairs bath into the guest room ceiling and he came over the next day -- took a look at everything and fixed it quickly. Super thankful for his speedy, professional service

I called to receive a quote on services Jordan who I spoke with was very polite, however not clear on pricing, I was told it would cost $175 to come out and assess the problem with a scope, then an additional $50 if they had to go in through the toilet and not the clean out, and then an additional $75 to run the sewer machine, for a total of $300. We paid the $300 but then I found out they did not go through the toilet but through the clean out instead, which is fine except when I asked why I was charged $300 if they didn't have to go in through the toilet, that was when he became very unclear. I was told that my information was incorrect, but I made sure to take notes of what each price entailed and when I asked why the pricing had changed I was told basically that that's not what was said. So now I'm very confused on what I paid for and I was clearly told one thing, and now I'm being told another. I feel that we were cheated, but also don't feel its worth it to argue, we just will not use their services in the future due to distrust, I highly recommend asking lots of questions and getting solid confirmation on pricing before selecting this company.

Tl;dr crew and work great. Follow up service awful.
Epws repipe services were great. The crew was communicative and the job was done quick. Follow up communication and service has been a practically non-existent. Had a problem with the water supply to one of my appliances, which they've seemingly ignored, after I've sent email, and called which they said they would follow up on, but never did.
Now with the freeze, one of the pipes they installed has burst and they can't even give a guess as to how long it might take them to take a look at it. All I ever get is vague answers that aren't actually answers.

I don't write a ton of reviews but for the exceptionally good or bad. They were exceptionally efficient, knowledgeable and you can tell they are the "Incredibles" when it comes to repiping. You will not regret choosing them. I've seen neighbors homes done by others and it was not a good experience. In addition, I've also seen them work on another neighbors home and saw them in action. I also got to speak with the neighbor who's home was worked on by EPW, after they were done and left. They had only glowing and positive reviews. That's how I knew they were the ones I would choose. I did my research and probably got 8-9 different quotes. I'm a bit neurotic when it comes to contractors and finding the right company. It's not always about price for me it's about trust, quality, and good experience. They were one of the fastest because they put enough guys on the project to complete it quickly and knock it out. The second day they even had double the crew to replace my mainline and finish the interior. These guys know what they're doing because they do this so often. They have two crew that only do repipes. They also found a leak from a a previous plumbing job gone bad. Who uses electrical tape to connect 2 different sized plumbing pipes? They fixed it without charge. I have no problems recommending them even to my mother in law. Kidding aside, to any family, friends, and neighbors. I give my whole hearted endorsement. They cleaned up everyday afterwards and minimized the cutting and dust as much as possible when cutting Sheetrock.

I used this company and was not happy at all. The project took much longer than originally promised (bait and switch on a few aspects of the job- lots of promises and after I signed, it was all a different story) and some of the work did not appear like it was a quality job. They were almost always very late to start each day, so the job took 5x longer than I was told. The owners were awful and extremely rude on the phone when trying to resolve my issues. I don’t think anyone has ever spoken to me as rudely as they did. The contact for the job was very polite and kind but other than that, it was a nightmare all the way around. Hopefully what they did holds up, but I would definitely not recommend.

I do concur with the other reviews that speak of EPW delivery dates not met. This was a RePipe ,INC job. We were only with out hot water in our kitchen for about a week because the "crew" did not have two 90 degree elbows to finish the job. The crew said " Jose' will be over tomorrow to finish the plumbing and start the drywall patch." ( what plumber does not carry enough fitting inventory on their truck? ) Prior to that they had to run out ,2-3 hours, to get a fitting to fix a pipe they hit in the crawlspace with a drill ( without turning off the water at the street first) Every week day we were told " 'Someone' will be out tomorrow at 8 or 9 to finish the job. Never happened. Of course they never clean up the water or insulation either. I had to do it.
I finally had to connect the kitchen water heater so I wouldn't have to listen to the Wife complain.
THEN a project manager shows up and demands final payment ( for a job RePipe never completed!! He says " Oh, we will write up a 're-do order' and take care of it. Well, we are still waiting.

Very happy with the service. They re-plumbed my entire house and patched all of the holes in just two days.

They even patched up the hole in my ceiling that was caused by a water leak.

I will use EPW for any of my future plumbing needs.
