Edmond's Rooter-man plumbing has been servicing our townhome association for decades. Brendon came out and did a great job. He was informative as to the process and very thorough in diagnosing the problem. Very professional, cleaned everying up and double checked all his work to make sure there weren't any leaks or other issues that popped up. I highly recommend Edmond's to anyone who is looking for a good, reliable plumber. They will help you with the everyday maintenance items, pipe replacements, or new construction projects. Talked to Kevin, the owner, about my issue. He identified it immediately and said he would order the part and let me know when he had it in his hand. Called yesterday and we scheduled his representative this morning around 9:00. Service man, James, came out and was extremely polite and did an excellent job and was so courteous. Rooter man was great at answering our questions quickly and was great at a wonderful turnaround. Aaron was very kind and personable. We appreciated all of his help with our situation.

We are so pleased with Edmond's Rooter-Man Plumbers for the work they did today in installing a new water heater. Not only did the guys arrive on time ready to work, they completed the job in less time than we expected. They were very friendly and respectful. We will certainly call them again next time we need a plumber. You should too!

Very disappointing. We took off work and waited for a plumber to show up, only for them to call and say they don’t service our area. This was after we had already given our location, named the major streets nearby, and scheduled the appointment. Now, at the last minute, they say they can’t come. What a waste of time. Who knows if they’re good at what they do. If you call them, triple-check that they actually service your area—and follow up yourself to make sure “new employees” didn’t forget to call you.

These guys are the best. I found them in 2021 after the freeze and I've used them since for whatever I need. Before 2021, I would search for plumbers with good reviews every time I needed one. I don't do that anymore and keep Edmunds Plumbing number in my phone for a plumber.

My house is almost 50 years old so I have random plumbing issues here and there. I think their prices are reasonable and I have the peace of mind that they'll help me take care of our house instead of take me for a ride with the pricing. I've told other friends about them and several people in Tomball already use them, too. I'm writing this review 4 years after first using them to help other people looking for an honest plumber. Their last visit was a few days ago.

I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing issues/ concerns. They are timely, courteous, and knowledgeable with answers to any questions that you may ask. Aaron came to install a new shower cartridge and was very courteous, funny, and worked with profiency.
We also have had service done by Brenden as well. You cannot go wrong with either of these two men.

Kevin Edmond was simply amazing. He was knowledgeable and patient with our plumbing issue and worked so hard until he fixed the problem. We will definitely call Rooterman again and especially ask for Kevin! Thank you for employing people like Kevin! I hope they are all like him.

I have had Bill from Plumbing Right Now at my house for four separate events, and he is still the only plumber I recommend. He has snaked drains more than once, replaced a broken flange on a toilet, and installed a new toilet as well. When we moved into our home in 2016 it was 17 years old. We hooked up a refrigerator water line and woke up the next morning to water in the kitchen and the garage. Turns out the packing was loose and after Bill fixed it and told us what the problem was he said "welcome to Sugar Land, no charge for today." He keeps his prices consistent and fair, and if you ask him what it will cost he will tell you what the fee is prior to coming out. He isn't pushy and doesn't use pressure to get your business. He includes a warranty for the work he does as well. I would recommend Bill to anyone who needs an experienced plumber than can get the job done right the first time.

Best service in town! They have helped us with our sprinkler system, a water heater and most recently a kitchen sink. Always on time, friendly and professional.

This is my second time to call Plumbing Right Now. Bill installed a reverse osmosis filter, new sink and faucet. His estimate was exactly what he said the cost would be. He took the time to make sure the sink fit exactly into the sink base and actually had to grind down the granite. He is courteous, on time and leaves the workspace clean. Plumbing Right Now is "my" plumber now.

Called this company after the first plumbing company gave a quote of $3800 to fix a leak under the guest bathtub. They said they would have to pull the tub and reroute the drain which would include jack hammering thru the foundation. Bill installed a new drain pipe and fixed the leak. EXCELLENT WORK. $578 vs. $3835 (plus $285 to put a new shutoff valve) I highly recommend this company.

They were at our home in less than 2 hours. Went above and beyond in fixing our leak the right way. Cost was less then what other plumbers have charged us for similar repairs. Highly recommend Plumbing Right Now!

Absolutely outstanding and first-rate service: I had a difficult supply line issue with a toilet installation that was fixed well and looks great. They also helped me complete a toilet installation that was problematic. They are highly professional, conscientious, highly skilled and extremely pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them most highly.

Bill Glass is excellent. He helped me to get our two tankless water heaters working properly since the builder did not install them correctly. I fully recommend them.
