First time experience with Moore Supply back in August. Made an appointment with Karen in the show room as we are having our home remodeled. She was helpful with showing me options. Then I was supposed to receive a quote with all the descriptions and pricing for the items I picked out. She said it normally takes 24 hours but here we are in October and I've never received anything. I've left a total of 4 messages for a return call and still nothing. Needless to say I won't be using moore supply for anything in the future. It's very disappointing.

I had the same exact experience as the post below with no response from Caryn, after receiving a nice email from her asking me to call to set an appointment I requested for a kitchen and bathroom remodel to select plumbing fixtures. I arrived at the appointment on Monday, November 1,2021 picked out the items that I wanted to get a quote on. She was very helpful during this appointment. I sent her an email and called her the following Thursday to make sure she had everything she needed from me and she replied yes and she was completing the quote shortly. As of Wednesday, I have received no response from Caryn. I always thought $$$ was green!!! Thanks for letting me know as I am spending mine elsewhere.

Terrific organization. Their showroom is large and filled with diverse offerings and it is truly one stop shopping. We found everything we needed for our full master bath remodel from drawer pulls to shower fixtures, toilet and tub. Hannah is personable and extremely knowledgeable in all things plumbing. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful as well. Our order arrived for pickup on time as promised and exactly as ordered. We'll be doing more business with them in future.

Sydney Cousins is amazing and very helpful. I am building a new house and Sydney organized and helped me pick everything out. 5 stars Sydney.

If you are doing a remodel of your home or, just the kitchen, bath area, I would recommend checking Moore Supply out.

My wife and I are doing a complete remodel and needed a lot of big items such as sinks, faucets, toilets, tub and more.

I stopped in the Tomball store and met with Sydney, their Showroom Consultant.

She was very warm, welcoming, and was knowledgeable of the products and offerings.

Once I showed her what we liked, she kindly showed me many options, gave suggestions and even helped with items that were not part of their store.

The experience was nothing short of amazing!

To add some icing on the cake, I stopped in towards the end of the day and she had the quote finished and emailed before I made it back home!

If you compare Moore Supply to your Big-Box Stores, you will find that they have more options and the pricing is very competitive.

I am BIG on customer service because I personally give excellent service to those in deal with in my life daily.

I am writing this review in hopes that someone will see it and give Moore Supply a shot!

We were glad to see James back with Edmond's, as usual he was prompt, professional, courtesous and thorough.

Aaron could have immediately used a hydro jet to clear a pool drain, but he started with just a hose. He was able to locate where the drain ended, clearing it and saved me a good deal of money.

Extra effort made by Edmonds to provide a second experienced crew after the first effort to find the blockage failed saved a much more expensive, time consuming major repair job.

Rude office help or rather, unhelp. Evasive and unhelpful. When pressed to answer very basic questions the lady became rude and hung up. Imagine what they would be like to deal with once they actually did work for you? No thanks!

I have used Edmond's Plumbers for several years. Always the best service!!! Again today I had a water pipe problem, called they came out found the problem and fixed it. Thank you Edmond's Plumbers!!!

I called this company and they were supposed to call me back and never did.

Replaced old water softener with a new one. Fair price, quick response/installation and quality workmanship. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. Well done!!
