Did a wonderful job! Everything fine! My only concern was the mess of shoe prints and dirt on the tub- in the tub and dirty fingerprints on the wall, toilet and light switches and washer on floor ( left from installation of garbage disposal). So I’m sad to say not an “A”+. But a good “B”! I recommend Edmond’s!

On Monday Feb 15th, RIGHT before the winter freeze, my wedding rings fell into the toilet as I stood up to flush it. Because of the freeze and the snow we could not call anyone out to check it out. We removed the toilet to see if we could find anything in the actual toilet with no luck. I called around to many plumbers whom did not give me any hope whatsoever. I was already bummed, and they told me what I already knew was possible. So much so that they didn't even try to come out to see. I called Edmond's Rooter-Man Plumbers and they asked more questions. Finding out that the toilet was upstairs, they thought it could be POSSIBLE to find them, but not 100% sure if they could. I was thankful that they even tried. Their schedule was packed because many people had to replace their burst pipes, so I did have to wait patiently. Today, March 2nd, a gentleman by the name of Shonton H. came to my house and using a Camera snake found BOTH of my rings! It took a lot of work to push the rings down where he could retrieve them, but he was patient and determined. Many plumbers told me it was too late, however, today Shonton proved them all wrong. Got billed $315 for draining my ac pipe. Guy was here 20 minutes. They’re at our condo complex 3-4 times a month and never seem to fix anything because they keep coming back. Everyone is frustrated with them.

Rooter-Man was contacted to come out and deal with a sewer line backup we had. Serviceman, Brandon, arrived and went straight to work on the problem. In the process of opening up the clog he found evidence of a "possible" pipe break due to the amount of dirt on the snake. The evidence being clear to us as well we have scheduled with them to come back out this Friday to perform a camera diagnostics. We are very confident that Rooter-Man will get to the bottom of the situation and be able to repair the problem pipe. Madonna, in the office, was cordial and kind in getting us on their schedule amidst the heavy work load they have. Thanks to you guys....we so appreciate you!

Dennis was on time/early (which is rare in service businesses when they give you a huge time gap that "they'll show up"), fixed our issues quickly, professionally, and was super helpful with sharing his expert knowledge of how to save money and protect our homes in the future proactively. We have used Edmond's Rooter-Man Plumbers numerous times over the years and at least 3 times in 2022 for various plumbing issues. We have always been satisfied by their work, timeliness, and courtliness.

Excellent plumbing service. Quick response to our situation of busted pipe and outside faucet due to freezing weather. Technician Aaron was very knowledgeable and diligent in his repairs. Highly recommend this company.

We have a Jacuzzi tub that had a failing power button right from the initial installation. It finally died. Edmund's plumber, Aaron, was excellent in every way. He installed an access panel so that he could remove the old power button and install a new one (that Jacuzzi sent us under warranty). And he left us with goodie bags of candy and useful swag. We use Edmunds all the time and always recommend them. We have never been disappointed.

Left a mess, Tracked in dirt from outside. Also did not clean up under sink (debris and water)
Pricing was over the top for labor and disposal. 5-6 times the cost of the disposal.
I have learned my lesson to try to do it myself. I would not recommend this company. Job was done....but very disappointed with price and lack of cleaning up after installation.

I cannot speak highly enough about Aaron. He was the SEVENTH plumbing company we had at our home since August. We have gone without hot water since August in our showers/tubs. Every other company said it was this part or that part, and that the brand new water heater was bad. All of this back and forth cost us thousands. Aaron came and within an hour realized that during a summer bathroom remodel a valve had not been incorrectly configured and he had to do a simple and quick flip of a part. We now have a steaming hot bathtub of water. We feel like it's a miracle at this point. We are so grateful for Edmonds and Aaron. Thank you!!!

The first night of Tropical Storm Beta, one of our backyard storm drains became completely clogged and water started to back into our garage at around 4 am. I called Rooterman and spoke to a couple of very nice dispatchers at around 5-6 am and they were able to get Shawn and Eric to our house by 10 am. They were able to locate the issue (big jumble of roots had grown into one of the connecting pipes and clogged it) and get it cleared and tested within an hour. They also collected the stuff that came out after the pipe was cleared so that it would not run into the street drain. Great and friendly service and I did not expect it them to come out so early during inclement weather and be able to resolve the issue so quickly.

I called Rooter-Man about 9am to get a plumber over to unclog a sink in our master bathroom. I had used them once before and they were prompt, efficient and charged a reasonable price. The person who answered the phone told me they were already heavily booked for the day but could send a plumber between 3pm and 4pm. She called me about 45 minutes before the plumber, James, arrived. He quickly found the problem; explained what caused the problem, unclogged the line and replaced some of the pipe under the sink. In addition, James showed me where to put algaecide in the lines to kill the algae build up that was causing the blockage. Like the other time, Rooter-Man Plumbers was prompt, efficient and charged a reasonable price for the work performed.

Had need for Edmond's Plumbers twice in one week! First for a waterline break at the meter and then for a plugged A/C condensate line. On both occasions technician arrived within one hour of my call. Both situations taken care of in a timely manner. My go to plumber!

We called Rooter-Man on a Sunday afternoon after discovering an apparent leak outside at the main water line into the house. They responded immediately and said someone would be on the way and there within an hour. The serviceman, Mr. Armstrong, arrived and made the necessary repairs. He was very knowledgeable and informative, courteous and extremely efficient. We would definitely call this company again for all our plumbing needs.

Edmund's is a first class plumbing company. For years we have enjoyed their immediate response to varying household plumbing problems. Aaron is versatile and a top notch diagnostician. He has parts and skill to fix any surprise. All of Edmund's plumbers have been superior technicians.

Had them test my back flow and Kevin was able to come out within the hour and knock it out for a great price!

Our toilet clogged up on the morning of New Year's Eve so we didn't really expect anyone to come out on that day. However, James showed up that evening and worked until he resolved the issue. He explained what he was doing and what he thought was wrong and he didn't quit until we were up and running again. He's professional, he's friendly and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a knowledgeable and qualified plumber. Thank you James!

Was charged $450 to disconnect sink for new countertops to be installed and then I call them back to reconnect and was charged $775. I will not use them again. They like to take advantage of senior citizens.

We have used Edmonds since 2008 and have been quite satisfied with the quality and timeliness of their service. They have taken care of a wide variety of our plumbing problems including quickly replacing a cracked pipe during the 2021 severe freeze.

Edmonds Plumbing is the best in the business! Honest and skilled! Great service and very nice people, I have seen so many people helped by this company, it really amazes me. They go above and beyond, but at the same time will not over sell you stuff you don't need, they are straight shooters, which is so important. They are fair and just really good people! I will never call anyone else, family owned and operated, they really care about your well being. They listen and serve you well, a rare find these days!
