We called on a Saturday morning, they cane out few hours later and got everything fixed. Bill even put our dishwasher back together. His diagnosis was very different than other companies I had come out - whom by the way exaggerated the issue and tried to charge me drastically more. Arrived on time, quickly assessed why my faucet had failed, removed it and installed our replacement very efficiently. He shared the type of designs that avoid the problem we had in future.
