My experience with this company went from good to bad quickly. I had a plumbing issue where sewage water was backing up into my shower. I called EPW on a recommendation. A technician came out and worked for 2 hours with an auger trying to clear my drain line. He worked hard and declared success after 3 hours so after paying $235, I assumed problem was solved. One week later, after minimal shower and toilet use ( out of town) the problem reoccurred. Called EPW back and told them the problem had not been resolved and to please come out and bring a camera to assess problem. Was given a 3 hour mid afternoon window for service. 2 technicians came at the designated time WITHOUT a camera ( was told camera was in shop for repair although I specifically asked for a camera to come to assess problem when I made the service call). When they initially assessed the problem there was no standing water in shower and shower floor was clean and dry. After running the sink and tub, the problem became evident to the technicians as now fecal matter and toilet paper had erupted from the shower drain. So after trying to clear the drain without success they suggested calling another plumbing company that actually has a camera and left me with standing fecal matter water in my shower stall. Another company is due to come out WITH a camera in another few hours. I wanted to patronize a small business but am now dealing with a major plumbing service because the small one could not finish the job. Not happy and have $235 less in my bank account and still have an unresolved issue.

They have been doing all of our plumbing works for us since we started needing plumbing service for our home. The most important was the two stage water filter system for the whole they installed. They have done a great job for us , and will be continuing using them.

I found EPW Services through Yelp, and I was impressed by the fast response from Mrs. Phyllis. I ended using them twice this month. On April 16 for my sinks, Mr. Will and Mr. Stephon came out and were on time and very professional and fixed my issue right away. Then on April 20th, I had not hot water, ended up needing a new water heater and Mr. Boy Wolff was available earlier then the service time given and quoted me a price, so we shop around and got a second quote, Mr. Wolff spoke to his manager and they matched the price and installed it the same day. Mr. Wolff had a exceptional customer service in earning my business and was very professional. EPW Services are now my preferred Plumbing Company.

Hap & Jordan helped me repair an under the slab belly that most other companies didn't want to touch. They did so creatively by creating a separate drainage line around the perimeter of my house, which avoided the expense and complications of having to tunnel down below the main slab below the home. Work was done on schedule and at a reasonable price considering the scope. Would happily recommend EPW for all your plumbing needs!

I found EPW when my plumber retired. I had a small job in my kitchen sink and they handled it well. In fact I was looking at some more work under the sink but it would have been time consuming and after discussions passed on this. Later on I needed a new garbage disposal. I wanted a different one than EPW used so I bought it and they charged a little more for the installation since they are a smaller company and I understood (since only making profit on the install vs. the disposal). Later on I had a toilet installed after I purchased it. They did all the heavy work of moving it from the garage and installed better flanges and piping than what it had in the box. I plan to continue using them for future jobs including replacing the rest of my toilets.

EPW came out to identify and repair a leak when a drip came through the ceiling. Warren had excellent response time, was very professional, and really helped out my family in a time of crisis without taking advantage of a bad situation. I would definitely recommend EPW for any plumbing needs!

EPW did a great job on my home filtration system. Timely, Respectful and perfectionists. They not only did my install but we’re able to provide me with referrals for other things that needed to be done around the house. What more can you ask for. Jordan was the best and made multiple trips to check up and make sure everything was right. Highly recommended you won’t be disappointed.

EPW did a repipe on our house as well as a complete drain line replacement. Each job was done professionally, in a timely manner, and with excellent quality. Their price was fair. Ben from EPW reviewed our drain line replacement project. He was able to map out our drain line which was actually much more complicated than I had thought before even starting the job to give us a fair quote. Our casita emptied into main drain at 3 separate spots and the main house into another all together. No other company I spoke with had figured this out. I know if we had gone with another company, we could have had a plumbing mess on our hands. EPW was meticulous along the way to make sure each system was connected appropriately. The repipe also went smoothly - no more rusty water or exposed pipes!! Thanks a million. They also offered good follow-up services when I had questions. We will be life long customers!

Jordan was excellent in fixing my toilet, really pristine job and awesome attention to detail. Will definitely be coming back for any more plumbing needs.

Kevin from EPW did an amazing job replacing shower valve and installing new fixtures, he took his time double checked everything. Very happy, I will be using EPW for now on, asking specifically for Kevin. Price is also fair, not overpriced.

**This is a REAL review** EPW Plumbing is the BEST!!! I would have given EPW Plumbing more than 5 stars (if allowed). They recently worked on a big sewer job at my home and they finished the project with utmost perfection. From start to finish, this was one of the painless project that I have ever worked on. We met many hurdles during the project, however, we resolved this hurdles in the most amicable manner. Their plumbers, in particular, Mr. Ben Hambrick, Mr. Lee Pennington and Mr. Hap Warren are awesome! They are thorough with an excellent knowledge of plumbing. They do not take any shortcuts and finish the job the right way. I was recommended this company by my neighbor who got a big sewer job done from this company, and she had very similar experience. I have no hesitancy in recommending this company for your project (big or small). Good Luck with your project!
