I wrestled with a drain for over a week, using drain cleaner, taking apart the P-trap and even running my drain snake 20+ feet into the pipe. No matter what I tried, I couldn't get the pipe unclogged. It stopped draining completely so I called Plumbing Right Now and Bill showed up within a few hours, on a Saturday. He used a different kind of snake and it took him a couple of tries to get down to the clog, but had the drain flowing in a matter of minutes. Even if I had the same equipment, I don't think I could have gotten the same result. From years of experience he could tell just by feel where the snake was going. He was friendly and professional, and I'll call again if I need plumbing services.

I had a plumbing leak in my master shower. Staff member showed up on time. He told me how easy it would be to fix the source of the leak, however in order to discover the extent of the damage behind the shower wall it would require removal of the shower. Lucky for me, the insurance company seams to agree with his recommended repair. I will add to my review once the project is completed.

We have used PRN for different installations such as faucets and toilets. Bill is always within scheduled time, does the job as requested plus a bit more, and is a pleasure. We trust this company to do quality work in an honest and open fashion. I have a short list of "guys" that I call because they are tried and tested, and this company is on that list.

Not only did I get great service at a fair value, I got several options as related to my water heater replacement. I went with a one tankless water heater solution that covered the entire house (vs. two 50 gallons water heaters). I saved enough money that I that I also purchased a new water softener.

I had a great experience I had with Plumbing Right Now Inc. We discovered a very small leak on Saturday night in our garage and it had caused some dry wall damage. We called 12 different plumbers, all refusing to come out until Monday. We got a hold of Bill Glass from Plumbing Right Now Inc. and he was more then willing to come out first thing Sunday morning. He came out and was very professional and knowledgeable of his trade. He made me feel very comfortable even with all the stress that was happening. He fixed the leak with in a very short time and was very reasonable priced. I expected any plumber to come out here, even on a weekend, and change me over $1000 but the price was way much lower then that. It also turns out the damage in our garage wasn't very bad. We are very happy with their service. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and quick to get the job done on a Saturday after Black Friday. I would recommend them to anyone. The other guys told me I had to wait until Monday morning. I didn't have time to wait. Call them, they can get your job done, too.

My water heater in the garage went south on Saturday over Thanksgiving Weekend. After calling 5-6 local plumbing companies PRN was the only responsive one. He provided outstanding customer service at a reasonable price. PRN desires to do a job but do it right the first time ! Showed up on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. After two weeks the company mailed me a refund check because they changed (reduced) their rates in the new year and had accidentally charged me $10 extra. The personal note explaining the issue along with their integrity and customer service is very impressive!

Today, I had a very unexpected back up with the plumbing in my master bathroom. Bill, who answered my call, was given the details to my problem quickly made his way to my home. He told me his 30+ years experience gave him a strong idea what was causing the back up. He was right and quickly started to fix the problem. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem within an hour and my plumbing was back to working order. I highly recommend Bill and will use again.
